Resort is gated with lakefront amenities including 2 pools, hot tub, swimming beach, boat ramp, fishing dock, game room and clubhouse. There is a one-time $20 check in fee which includes 2 vehicles.

Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

Enjoy multiple entertaining and dining areas both indoors and outdoors. Also boasting a stunning private backyard and here you can enjoy more outdoor seating area with fire pit!

Lake Pan Cabin #4

This quaint one room cabin provides a tranquil lake view with a front porch swing for your ultimate relaxation. Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.
