Colene was a great host, she has many recommendations in the binder! Dutch Bakery was such a treat! We were in town for Bonnaroo 2025 and due to weather it was canceled but the weekend was saved by all her lovely recommendations!

Gary’s place was beyond perfect. The peaceful setting was exactly what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway. The house had everything you could need and more. Gary has thought of everything. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely book again.

The amenities provided were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. One minor issue we encountered was some food particles left in the dishwasher but it was a small hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay. Amanda was incredibly responsive to our messages, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly and efficiently. Her attentiveness truly made our experience even better. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chattanooga!

The house was within 15-20min to all activities including the zoo, aquarium, looking out mountain, rock city, and several hiking opportunities. All kitchen essentials seemed to be provided, and the house was well kept. April was also very responsive and checked in on us during a big storm that came through.

A peaceful, perfect stay for anyone looking to explore Tennessee. Chris and Kelly are incredibly responsive and helpful, and their tiny house is the perfect stay. The amenities are great, the scenery unparalleled, and it was a great place to unwind.

The riverfront was so beautiful and we really enjoyed going to the dock multiple times a day to see the fish and insects and birds with our 2yo. We enjoyed having a retreat without wifi and phone service. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and let us charge our car. It’s great to stay somewhere with human hosts instead of the faceless companies running so many AirBnBs nowadays. Just a note that it’s on the north side of the river, a ways out of town; I thought it was the south before we got the location and it makes a big difference for estimating drive times. Folks familiar with the area probably wouldn’t make that mistake ;)

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

we loved our stay at the Yurt! It was exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed the hotub, pool, volleyball court, basketball court and the petting zoo! We also did the hiking trail across the street where you can visit AL, GA, and TN! Just be prepared it is very steep and you’ll feel very accomplished once you get to the top! My only complaint is we had many flies in our room, I believe they were coming from the 3 bags of trash that sat outside of the yurt hopefully this was a one time thing!

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

If anyone is looking for a nice view area to stay in Tennessee I recommend Andy place!! This was a last minute booking and Andy made sure everything was very smooth. Very good communication, recommend me where to eat, and also recommend me to a spa day.

Everything was PERFECT!

What a cute little studio with everything you’ll need for a quick trip. It was private & gave the appearance of being secluded even though you weren’t. The studio was clean however there were ants on the counter in the kitchen. We did not cook so not a big deal for us. I think with the woods near it’s to be expected to have some insects. Everything else was very clean. You can hear the cars drive by & if anyone is staying next door you can hear talking through the walls but it wasn’t a bother to us. Being able to walk to the welcome center of the state park was an added bonus. You can also walk to the 1 mile nature walk at the welcome center. We drove 20 miles to South Pittsburgh to the Lodge Museum & Lodge flagship store. Enjoyed dinner at the Depot Cafe (staple in Monteagle) & Papa Ron’s Pizza & Italian Steakhouse. Very friendly staff at both!

This is the place to be if you want to be in a convenient location. It’s safe and you can walk to local restaurants. There is also a grocery store within a few blocks. Downtown living at its best. I also loved having parking on the premises.

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

Great and comfortable place to stay. Check in was easy. Very close to everything, restaurants, museums, ruby falls, rock city, etc. Noise was not really noticeable from Main Street. Had most amenities. Paper towel was half of one and only two laundry pod were provided. We traveled with a two year old. They provided a pack and play and high chair which was great. Host was very responsive, attentive, and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again. Good experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect for a weekend getaway. We were within 20 minutes max from different attractions. I think some of the reviews mentioned noise from the traffic but that did not bother us at all! Yes, you can hear it but it wasn’t too loud that we couldn’t sleep. Would definitely recommend!!

Thank you so much. I get tears in writing this because it was perfect and just what I needed in starting over with my life. I love Chattanooga so much. My daddy use to travel here and it was one of his favorite towns. My daddy and I use to love the incline rail way. Heck I will never forget the time we rode it and got stuck on the incline back up 🫣! It was the steepest part of the rail climb 😳! We all had to exit the train and walk the rest of the way up! We made it 🥵some were struggling but they made too! I just still love Chattanooga so much! 💕 Great town, great people. Heck the rail way opens up again this summer of 2025. I will for certain ride that rail way again up look out mountain 😜🥰💕 Love Always ❤️✝️💕💪🙌🏻

It was a very nice place close to everything. If you don’t have the patience or means to pay for parking this place isn’t for you. Being so close to downtown the parking is limited and we had to pay for parking for the entire trip. But we knew that was part of the risk of being downtown. It was so nice being able to walk around everywhere. The flat was so cute and had everything you needed. I would recommend this place! But like I said if searching/paying for parking and occasional city noise isn’t your thing don’t stay here! But in my opinion it’s worth it for the convenience to everything!
