We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. Amazing views from this home from almost every spot. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. Unit #1 This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White river between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. #1, 2, & 3 have no river view but #4 does. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen.
