Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marinha Grande

A estadia foi simplesmente incrível! Sofia e sua família nos receberam com muito cuidado, carinho e educação. A casa é um primor, muito melhor que nas fotos. Muita natureza, cuidado com os animais, horta, flores. Bem localizada. Fácil de chegar. Sensação de paz. Sensação de lar. Só a agradecer. E já planejar voltar!

A peaceful, rural location. The comfortable king size bed gave us our best few nights' sleep for months. We'd prearranged for a supply of groceries and paid them on our arrival. With a good stock of food and drink we could stay local and take advantage of exploring Ruth & Graham's vast expanse of fields with fig and olive trees and rambled through their wood down to the river. The facilities inside the barn/cottage are faultless, we had good internet connection and my husband was able to fulfill his work commitments and conduct a video conference. The bathroom/shower was spotless with strong water pressure so that just a gentle turn of the tap gave us perfect showers. Every aspect of what a visitor might need has been well thought through and provided. We took gentle strolls along tracks near the neighbouring tree plantations where the smell of eucalyptus was cleansing. I enjoyed their spring flowers and flocks of birds. I baked a cake and shared it with our hosts. Will rebook soon.

Maison fonctionnelle, agréable et spacieuse. Conforme à la description et aux photos. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Il n’y a aucun point négatif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vous pouvez louer cette maison sans hésitation. Si nous retournons au Portugal aucun doute que nous essayerons de relouer cette maison. Nous étions 8, 7 adultes et un enfant. La piscine est très agréable. Et les hôtes sont très accueillants. La bouteille de vin offerte à l’arrivée est un plus qui est très apprécié.

A "Casa do Tio " é muito acolhedora, com tudo o que é necessário a uma estadia no meio da natureza, sem ser preciso andar de carro. Fomos com duas crianças que adoraram a piscina e explorar o campo, e tivemos a oportunidade de aproveitar o bom tempo e fazer um churrasco na cozinha exterior, brindados pelo por-do-sol. À noite, tivemos direito a um espectáculo de pirilampos. A Catarina foi sempre muito atenciosa, disponibilizando as comodidades para o bebé. Tivemos também direito a "miminhos" na nossa chegada. Recomendamos vivamente este espaço, para quem procura um lugar calmo, bonito, moderno, e em plena harmonia com a natureza.

Very charming, comfortable and homely house with easy access to Sao Martinho and Navaré. Very tasteful inside. Everything you need is there as the owners clearly stay there themselves.

Phantastic house with a beautiful huge garden, lake view and direct access to the lake. The house is a traditional stone house but the interior is very tasteful and modern. The house itself is great but the outside is even better. A large garden with different areas and absolutely beautiful trees and plants. You can see and feel that João and his family have put a lot of love into the house and the garden and thought of every detail. Bi Strong recommendation if you want to stay in a lovely house that is spacious but also very private. João is a very attentive host and very friendly. We were greeted with a warm smile, self made Olive oil and freshly picked lemons from the garden. If possible I would rate with more than 5 stars. 🙂🤩

Every corner of Florbela’s property radiates peace, beauty, and care. And Florbela herself? An absolute gem. Her warmth, communication, and attention to every detail went far beyond anything we expected. Since the very single morning freshly bread and local pastries delivered, to all the things she left in the house, we never had to go to any supermarket. And if you need any veggies, there’s a garden where you can go and pick up fresh veggies and herbs. If you are looking to disconnect and create memories for a lifetime, this is your place. Florbela made us feel like family, and her hospitality turned a beautiful stay into an unforgettable experience. We left not just relaxed, but with a new friend. Fabulous house with everything you need and a great sense of space, both inside and out. Clean, modern and very well equipped. Exceeded our expectations. Lovely, friendly and safe village. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in nazare at this lovely and peaceful apartment! Super comfortable and great views from balcony. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. The Porto and pastries upon our arrived was also a nice touch. Thank you Maria!

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Wohnung von André verbracht. Der Check-in war dank guter Anweisungen einfach, autonom und unkompliziert. Parken könnte man direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Besonders schön war der wunderbare Ausblick auf Nazare und das Meer durch große Fenster an der Vorderseite der Wohnung. Der seitliche Balkon bot ebenfalls tolle Aussicht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A Paula é uma excelente anfitriã. Recebeu nós com um sorriso e deixou nos logo a vontade e monstrando disponibilidade para ajudar no que for preciso. O Apartamento tem excelentes condições e fica numa zona sossegada.

Een mooi appartement, met als kroon het dakterras en het fantastische uitzicht over zee. Lekker met de bakker onder het appartementencomplex en de vele restaurantjes aan de zee. Zeer goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding

Het appartement is ruim en voldoet aan de beschrijving. Het strand en het centrum van Nazaré zijn lopend goed te bereiken. In het weekend is het wat drukker en lawaaiiger op de boulevard. Dat klinkt goed door op het balkon. We hebben een heel plezierig verblijf gehad.

We visited Nazare during Christmas holiday and was very satisfied with the location and hospitality from Carlos and his assistant. The apartment is in the quieter place of the town and easily accessible to get into the busy area. It’s very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The heaters and WiFi worked very well and made us comfortable when we stayed inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

A casa do Álvaro estava impecável e ele respondeu sempre super rápido. A casa está muito bem equipada e a zona é sossegada.

We had an amazing time staying at Rachelle's apartment. It's central and easily walkable to pretty much everything in town. Spacious and has a nice at-home feeling. Highly recommend.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, insbesondere der tolle Garten und das Billiardzimmer waren super. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, man konnte den Vögeln beim Zwitschern lauschen. Insgesamt eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft, wir waren zufrieden.

Rustiek en charmant huisje in een klassiek Portugees berg dorpje. Mooi verbouwt en voorzien van alle gemakken. Voor mij als lange Hollander wel een kleine uitdaging maar het was geen probleem. Ik raad deze of een van de andere huisjes in de nabije omgeving van harte aan.

Wir haben den traumhaften Garten mit Pool sehr genossen und auch die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen bestens. Luis und Rosa waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles

This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. We really had the most amazing time with our group of friends! Thank you Sergio!

We had an absolutely blissful stay at Casa dos Cogumelos—not only is it a cozy retreat with a spectacular view, but it is also a place of architectural charm and rich history. The house faces the ocean, offering breathtaking sunsets, the soothing sound of crashing waves, and the unmistakable scent of the sea. To top it all off, Gonçalo proved to be a truly exceptional host, whose thoughtful hospitality made our stay all the more comfortable and memorable. We will most certainly be back.
