House holiday rentals in Marina di Ravenna

The accommodation was a house on the side of the mountain, several homes cohabited while having their privacy and their clean exterior. The accommodation was equipped with all the amenities described and everything was perfectly functional, our host even found us a large stove to cook more easily! The property benefits from private and shaded car spaces which is not insignificant. The swimming pool below has unobstructed views of the valley. Pratovecchio offers all the necessary shops usually open until 8 p.m. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Siena, and all the surrounding villages that all offer a convent, a castle, a vineyard, in short you will not get bored. We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Everything was great! Fedora was very kind, she welcomed us and gave us tips. The apartment is practically new, bright, large and very clean

Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is superbly equipped. You feel right at home!! The accommodation is very central, you can get everywhere on foot. We liked it very much and were grateful to have Stefano as a host! Gladly again!!

Giovanna's house is very suitable if you want to discover the area of Rimini - but not live directly on the beach. You can quickly reach the highway, but you still live in a relatively quiet place. There is a nice village center with cafe and ice cream parlor - and in the neighboring town of Cattolica about 5 minutes away great supermarkets. The house has obviously been completely renovated only recently - and therefore very modern and stylishly furnished. Everything you need is available - so you don't have to bring the entire household with you. The contact with Giovanna was direct, friendly and smooth, you get clear and descriptive instructions in advance, everything is as described. After a few days, we left with the feeling that we had made the right decision. If the opportunity arises we will be very happy to come again.

Our experience at Grazia's accommodation was exceptional. The house is beautiful, totally refurbished to new with very good taste, functionality and careful details. Everything was absolutely impeccable and orderly. The bathrooms are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and bright, but at the same time adequately prepared with blackout blinds and curtains to rest without interference from outside light. The windows perfectly soundproof the street noise. The WiFi works perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The neighborhood is beautiful, with many dining options, but at the same time quiet. There is a pay parking (free from 8 pm to 8 am and on Sundays) 300 meters from the apartment, and it is also allowed to park in some places on the street at no cost. There is also a supermarket 700 meters away. And above all, I want to highlight the warmth and cordiality of both Grazia and her son Michelangelo. They really make a difference! 100% recommended!

For over two weeks, we enjoyed the beautiful house of Rosie and Salvo together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and helpful. If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Veronica is a great host for an impressive place. We had a great time at her amazing house.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

A beautiful home in Cesenatico. Myself and 5 friends stayed there very comfortably for 2 nights. The espresso machine was stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station or city center. Lovely all around!

Lucia and Denis were very friendly, courteous and willingly answered all our questions patiently from the first contact. Upon our arrival, in your house near Cesena, we were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She explained everything to us in detail and even provided a bottle of water in the refrigerator as a welcome. A few croissants for morning coffee were also prepared for us. The house itself convinces with its outstanding space, its very well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bright bathroom, the two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) one even with a walk-in closet and the very large terrace around the entire house. For a family of 4 people, it is completely sufficient. Lucia and Denis then introduced themselves in person in the evening. Both are really very warm, courteous, friendly and were always ready to help. For US, it is clear, WE will come back!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around on arrival and was at our side with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious plot with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The furnishings leave little to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the accommodation was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door, always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to take beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.
