Holiday rentals in Marina di Minturno

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So, safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe area. We especially liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold for showering with a baby after the beach. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is already a bit noisy). Always happy to stay again :)

We were warmly welcomed by Maria Sara and her husband, and we immediately felt very comfortable. Both were very friendly, helpful, as a welcome greeting there was even a small snack. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities. The location is ideal, you don't have to go to the sea, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We were also offered 2 bikes, which we used to ride to the beach. The free parking at the house is also perfect.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

We stayed in the apartment for a week, the beauty and comfort of the apartment would have deserved a longer stay! The description exactly matches the place, the charm of the apartment consists of the indoor and outdoor spaces that are beautiful and relaxing. The apartment is very close to the sea, beaches, bars and oven. The place is calm and allows you to have fun and relax. Repeat experience without hesitation.

The home looked exactly like the photos, but the view was even more breathtaking in person. We spent so much time on the rooftop patio, taking in the incredible cityscape—and we were lucky enough to catch fireworks almost every night! The location was also super convenient. It’s just a quick 10-minute taxi ride to lots of great restaurants, and getting a taxi is really easy. Just walk out of the property, take a left, and you’ll see several taxis waiting straight ahead. The only suggestion we have is to provide an extra key to the front door. There was only one, which made it a bit tricky when our group wanted to split up during the day—we had to get creative with coordinating access. Overall, it was a fantastic 3 night stay and we’d absolutely come back!

My stay at Tina’s place was absolutely wonderful. You can really feel the care and love in every little detail. The house is spotless, well-organized, super cozy, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s clear that everything was thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel comfortable. The location is also great — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. But what truly made the difference was Tina herself. What an amazing person! Kind, attentive, always ready to help with a smile. She genuinely makes you feel at home.
