Holiday rentals with breakfast in Marina di Ginosa

L'appartement est conforme à la description, très propre. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner (offert) est très copieux. Bonne literie. La petite ville dispose d'une très belle abbaye, on y croise des gens qui disent "bonjour", chose plutôt rare de nos jours. Excellent séjour, merci à notre hôte.

Een zeer leuk romantisch huisje met een fijn zonneterras op het dak. Vlakbij het mooie hitorische centrum en gratis parkeren bij het park om de hoek

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

The location was fantastic - right around the corner of the Duomo, heart of Sassi. We got breakfast vouchers from the host, which we could use at the cafe nearby. Nino was friendly host and always available when we needed him!

I have booked this apartament 24h before arriving and have to admit that I wouldnt be able to find anything better. Flexible check in hours, cozy and comfy apartament with really unique style, friendly and proactive host - 100% recommend to everyone!

What a fantastic little jewel in the middle of Alborobello. It’s situated within a few minutes of all the wonders of the town, including some great restaurants and superb views of all the trulli. The vouchers to get a breakfast coffee and pastry at a local cafe were unexpected but very much welcome bonus! It was clean, stylish and comfortable and the kids loved it as much as we did. My only comment is take some earplugs if the sounds of regular church bells bother you, as the beautiful church is very close and it chimes regularly- it wasn’t an issue for us thankfully. I highly recommend this place, it was perfect!

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa suggestiva e accogliente grotta sulla gravina di Laterza, in una parte del paese sospesa nel tempo e nello spazio. Marco è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile e l’alloggio è pulito, originale e generosamente attrezzato per le necessità degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo ❤️

Annamaria ti riceve personalmente ed è molta accurata nelle istruzioni. Inoltre è disponibile a dare consigli ed è molto amichevole e disponibile. Una bellissima esperienza. La casa è perfettamente insonorizzata ed ha volte così alte che è difficile che si riscaldi troppo, anche senza accendere il condizionatore. Vi sono le zanzariere e si dorme volendo anche con le finestre aperte, d'estate, essendoci degli scudi orientabili. Di fronte vi è un supermercato fornitissimo, e la fermata dell'autobus che parte dalla Stazione Centrale.

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. It’s not an issue in comparison to the Magic’s

We thank Francesco for his friendly and helpful service during our stay. The apartment was wonderful! Clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The patio overlooking Mare Piccolo was a favorite place for coffee in the morning or wine at night. If we could give more stars, we would!

Bellissima vacanza non solo per i bei posti che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere ma anche per la gentilezza la disponibilità del signor Giovanni che ci ha accolto in modo stupendo.È una vita che viaggiamo e ci sono veramente pochissime persone che si preoccupano della vacanza dei loro ospiti. ottima esperienza,posizione molto centrale alla zona turistica ,host molto disponibile per chiarimenti ,giusto consiglio per quanto riguarda il posto auto ,vasca pulita e funzionante ,l'host ha aiutato anche nella spiegazione per quanto riguarda il funzionamento della vasca .Stanza ,cucina e bagno pulitissimi e ordinati ,vasta scelta per la colazione (sia frigo che non ).Molto consigliato

Excelente departamento, muy cómodo y con una decoración muy bien pensada. Cerca de la zona de los Sassi, ubicación accesible a los principales puntos turísticos. Excelente atención y predisposición de su dueño. Sumamente recomendable!

Très bel appartement où nous avons passé un bon séjour , en centre ville mais au calme dans une petite impasse , deux belles chambres , petit bémol la petite terrasse est à l'étage , Rosita et Paolo sont des hôtes très accueillants et réactifs , je recommande à 100 pour 100 !

We had a great stay in Matera. Mikele and Nicola’s place is easy walking distance to Sassi, and to great restaurants. We’ve stayed in many airbnb and this was, without a doubt, the best equipped when everything you could need, including a plentiful assortment of food, coffee, tea, fruits and drinks. Check in was so easy - Mikele found free parking for us nearby and helped carry our suitcases up to the unit. He was friendly , helpful and proactive with restaurant recommendations. He showed us how to make coffee and provided a helpful tour of the unit. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber hat Charakter und Charme:) Wenn ihr etwas mitten in der Stadt sucht, passt sie super. Parkplatzsuche war am Wochenende etwas schwer, aber wir haben immer was gefunden. Wie haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Vindt maar eens een mooiere rbnb dan deze, dat zal niet meevallen voor deze prijs. We hebben het hier fantastisch gehad. Paola was een geweldige host, elke dag werd onze kamer schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Het grote zwembad was top met veel verschillende fijne plekken om te ontspannen en op een leuke manier ingericht. Deze plek raden we iedereen aan, jong of oud!

B&B elegante e confortevole. Colazione superlativa! Wania, la proprietaria, disponibile e gentilissima. Consigliatissimo!!!

Très beau logement ! Nous avons été accueillis avec pleins de petites attentions (gâteau, eau, sandwich, yaourt, …) ! Hôte sympathique et réactive ! Donne de bon conseils. Emplacement proche du centre, place de parking juste en face du logement ! Je recommande fortement ! Merci à Emanuele et Marilena !

Can I give her 10 stars? I LOVED the apartment and how comfortable, clean and homey it felt. Liliana was more than the perfect host. She brought the best croissants I’ve had so far in Italy. The place was squeaky clean, new, beautiful. Best Airbnb of my stay here. The coffee shop around the corner is awesome and there is also a supermarket. Liliana had yogurt and water in the fridge, and also coffee pods. But with that bar around the corner, who wants to make their own coffee? She deserves high marks. Best host, best place. Hands down.

This was the best stay of our trip. It's a wonderfully renovated stone farmhouse with comfort and charm. Laura kept it SUPER well stocked with all kinds of breakfast foods and snacks and even brought some amazing homemade focaccia. Laura and her mother were always friendly for conversation in the mornings, and Laura was responsive on WA and gave recommendations in the area. Fantastic value and perfect if you want a masseria/agristurismo stay that's personal and private.

Alloggio comodissimo, a due passi dalla piazza principale, ideale per riposarsi dopo aver percorso Matera in lungo e in largo. Michela è stata estremamente gentile, mi ha dato molti consigli utili su dove andare. La colazione si può fare sul balconcino della camera, con marmellate fatte in casa e frisella con pomodori. Se dovessi tornare a Matera, sceglierei senza dubbio di nuovo la stanza di Michela!
