Wow what an incredible stay at Claudia's! It was the perfect home base to explore other towns in Tuscany, and after a long day of sightseeing, the apartment felt so relaxing like a real home away from home. We were lucky enough to stay during the Festa Del Barbarossa where San Quirico really came alive and we got to experience the festivities. As for Claudia she is a 10/10 host! She made sure we were well prepared, met us at check in and had stocked the apartment with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book Claudia's apartment. It is top tier accommodation! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Apartment! Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig mit toskanischer Postkarten-Aussicht – besonders am Pool ein echtes Highlight. Nach einem kleinen Start-Hoppala (halb so wild und schnell geklärt) haben wir genau das Apartment bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten – und es entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren super herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Besonders genossen haben wir das optionale italienische Frühstück – lecker, liebevoll gemacht und mit viel Charme. Perfekte Lage, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, von kleinen Dörfern bis zu größeren Städten war alles gut erreichbar. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay in a clean, charming and comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Communication throughout was excellent and we managed to check in early. We were shown around the apartment and all its facilities. Being on one level suited our 88 year old mother-in-law, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The local beach was lovely, lots of choice if public subbed, and a good range of boutique shops and restaurants was a plus.

Questo è un appartamento fantastico. Perfetto per due coppie. Luciana e Fabio sono persone molto cordiali e accoglienti. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato e arredato. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla fortezza e a diversi ristoranti altamente consigliati. Ci siamo stati due volte e lo faremo di nuovo.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

This Apartment was very beautiful. For us it was easy to find. You definitely need a car. We used the Pool in the afternoon. It was very very quiet and for sure 100% nature. The only thing we would change is the matress. It was way to hard for us. We felt in love with Paolo. He is a funny and warm hearted person with grate hospitability. We were at the spiaggia lunga, it was very nice there. Not many people. Ciao Paolo, hope to see you again. XXX

Che dire soggiornare all’appartamento ponte di comando da Fabrizio e’ stata una vacanza meravigliosa: casa pulita, con una vista mozzafiato e una bellissima piscina. Fabrizio è un host gentilissimo. Francesco e’ stato super disponibile ci è venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha riaccompagnato e non da meno flessibile nel check out dato che avevamo la nave ne pomeriggio. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo.

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

I could sit on the balcony for hours and stare out at Santo Stefano! It was the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The hosts are responsive, kind, and extremely helpful! They answered all questions quickly and had the best recommendations. Such an amazing time with the family!

Wir wurden persönlich von Antonella empfangen. Sehr schöne Wohnung, grosszügig ausgestattet. Balkon mit Teilsicht aufs Meer. Dank der von Antonella bereitgestellten Köstlichkeiten (Wein, Pasta etc.) konnten wir bereits am Ankunftsabend die Aussicht bei einem Abendessen geniessen. Obwohl in der Nähe vom Zentrum, ruhige Wohnlage. Die Altstadt sowie der sehr schöne Kies-Strand "Le Ghiaie" ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können Antonellas Wohnungen jederzeit weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Abbiamo soggiornato a La Murata e ne siamo rimasti incantati. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, piena di carattere e perfetta per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Ogni ambiente racconta una storia e l’atmosfera generale è quella di un rifugio lontano dal caos, immerso nel verde. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio ci hanno regalato momenti di autentico relax,con un panorama incantevole. Gli spazi esterni sono curati, ideali per rilassarsi o cenare all’aperto ammirando le colline toscane al tramonto. Nara è un’host gentilissima, presente e disponibile, sempre pronta a intervenire in caso di necessità. Fin dal primo incontro si è creata una bellissima empatia, ci siamo sentiti subito accolti come a casa. La posizione è strategica per esplorare borghi e città nei dintorni, ma anche perfetta se si cerca solo relax in una cornice unica. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Un soggiorno da sogno!

We had an unforgettable stay at Alex’s Airbnb in Tuscany! The home was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. The surroundings were just stunning, with gorgeous views of the Tuscan landscape that made every moment feel peaceful and special. Everything was exactly as described, and Alex was a fantastic host. He was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of comfort and nature, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and picturesque escape in Tuscany!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. It’s in quiet and peaceful part of village which was also perfect after busy Rome and Florence.. Grazie Mille Fernanda for your kindness.

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
