Appartamento molto bello, luminoso, con vista sulle montagne. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato, Mirko sempre gentile e disponibile. Grazie alla prossima!

Very clean and bright apartment. Nice balcony with a view from 7th floor of the building. Shower had great pressure and drained well. We pushed the 4 twin beds together to make 2 full size beds. Coffee shop on ground level of building. Neighorhood is walkable. Pharmacy next door. Grocery store 5 minute walk away. We recommend the apt and will stay there again.

Wir waren für einen JGA vor Ort. Das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön und alles total neu. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt sogar einen Schwimmteich und eine Sauna (leider zeitlich nicht geschafft) . Elisabeth war sehr nett und wir durften sogar zwei Stunden später auschecken. 😊 wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Daniel was really nice and helpful, the place is right near the lift and a few minutes walking distance from supermarkets, bars and shops.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. It had everything you need. Quiet place. Since we were with a dog, it had a garden and walking paths. Great.

Ein wunderbares Appartment. Wir haben uns als Familie gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Pool und Whirlpool sind dann noch das besondere Extra.

The masters of the apartment were provided us the detailed information what is interesting to visit, the best restaurant locations, etc. The apartment is very bright, clean, has a big balcony and the wonderful views to the mountains. Parking is free. A small minus- hasn’t special place to dry up the skiing boots. Nevertheless, the common evaluation of the apartment is very good!

The apartment is small but well organised. It's clean and with pretty much everything you need for your staying. The owner is very responsive and kind. Great communication and willing to help and give suggestions on things to do and similar. Thanks a lot.

This is a lovely apartment and was perfect for our stay. It’s clean and comfortable. Everything was well organised and Cetty has gone to great care to make settling into the apartment real simple, with handy videos to explain things like the access, parking, bins etc. The area is very peaceful with beautiful settings. We went to ski. You can drive to Tulot ski lift in 5 minutes or up the mountain to Madonna di Campiglio in 15. There is ample free parking at both. The ski bus stops in Carisolo village also. The parking Cetty recommended we use was out of service due to building renovations but it was easy to find a space just a short walk away. There’s a supermarket 2 min walk away. I did three lovely runs from the apartment up some beautiful mountain trails taking me past beautiful and very old churches and waterfalls. A great base for our trip.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral im Dachgeschoss eines alten Palazzo. Besonders hervorzuheben ist,dass es einen Aufzug gibt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und funktional, die Küche voll ausgestattet. Ich würde sofort wieder einchecken.

Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vermieter sehr nett! Leider ist die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen im Tal. Die Gegend bietet nicht viele Aktivitäten, die für Familien mit Kindern (8+5) geeignet sind. Unterkunft aber wirklich zu empfehlen!

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

The apartment where me and my friend stayed was really nice and spacious! Some weird noises coming from the wall (boiler or water, no idea) but that's due to the building construction really and that was just between kitchen and bathroom, not inside the room or anywhere where it'd be particularly disturbing. Unfortunately I was really ill with the flu and stayed in the flat for the whole duration of my stay, but fortunately I was in a nice accommodation!! It was really good that komodo have a reception, since we had some issues with the self check in procedure.

Ottima soluzione, alloggio molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova in un residence quindi possibilita di sfruttare aree comuni e mini club. Noleggio sci dentro il residence. Alessandro molto reattivo e disponibile

Letizia è stata molto gentile e cordiale. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa fin da subito. La casa è moderna e ristrutturata da poco, tenuta in modo esemplare. Super consigliata!

tutto perfetto. un pò di problemi con il segnale del telefono che è bassissimo e con il wi fi che è free ma funziona male. ottimo posto auto e deposito sci, residence di gran lunga il migliore di tuttinglina di Marilleva 1400. ero in viaggio di piacere misto a business in quanto interessato ad acquistare degli appartamenti quindi tutto sommato direi 🔝🔝🔝

Alloggio sopra alle aspettative molto bello e curato giardino privato ampie vetrate e soleggiato cucina ben attrezzata anche se non l’ho utilizzata oltre al giardino privato un altro giardino con olivi e due spazi per grigliate e in un altro spazio piscina condivisa con gli altri ospiti. Veramente molto soddisfatto lo raccomando. Grazie a Maurizio.

Franco e sua moglie sono persone accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e hanno avuto un occhio di riguardo per i nostri cani. Il giardino è impeccabile, la casa dispone di tutto il necessario e Franco sempre presente ma mai invadente. il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero rilassante. Torneremo!

L'alloggio é in una posizione strategica e ha risposto in pieno alle nostre aspettative. I proprietari sono molto gentili e hanno dotato la casa di tutto il necessario e a volte anche del superfluo! consigliatissimo!!

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo Io il mio compagno e la mia cagnolina lo spazio è ampio per quanto riguarda la cucina c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare veramente spaziosa... poi c'è una bellissima zona esterna con tavolino per mangiare fuori che abbiamo utilizzato molto volentieri il posto è molto tranquillo.. ringraziamo Luca per la sua gentilezza

Das Haus hat eine super schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren über Silvester hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der kleine Wintergarten mit Holzhofen war unser persönliches Highlight. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, das Bad sollte allerdings renoviert werden, dort kommt etwas der Putz runter. Die Schlafzimmer waren leider anders aufgeteilt als gedacht. In dem einem Schlafzimmer war nur ein 1,40m Bett und ein Einzelbett. Um von dort ins Bad zu gelangen muss man durch das zweite Schlafzimmer durch. Das zweite liegt unter dem Wohnzimmer und man kann keine Tür schließen. Das hat für uns die Schlafsituation mit zwei Familien und einem Kleinkind leider etwas erschwert. Ansonsten war alles super und das Haus ist trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage auf dem Berg 🏞️. Perfekt zum Entspannen! 😌 Die Gegend ist traumhaft und bietet viel Natur. 🌿 Den Pool darf man nutzen – einfach kurz an der Rezeption nachfragen, das klappt problemlos 🏊‍♂️😊 Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

location molto tranquilla e abbastanza centrale per visitare vari mercatini come bolzano, merano. Stefano persona gentilissima e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto anche con un pensierino di benvenuto, consiglio vivamente il suo alloggio, da tornarci sicuramente anche d'estate.
