Holiday rentals with a patio in Marignier

This was a really great apartment, a short walk from town and also very peaceful at night. Lots of space for ski’s and bags in the secure basement/ cave. The view from the apartment was beautiful and there was lots of space for 4 of us. Jo was a really helpful host and very responsive.

a small place we discovered with my companion and my dog and felt good immediately, there's everything we need to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the convenience of the city. I loved the many windows to open the area and admire the mountains. Ana Lena has been very helpful and communicative, we enjoyed our stay so much !

Fantastic stay at Chalet Chez Lucienne Chez Lucienne is a beautiful chalet, with all the comforts. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given an extensive tour. The chalet was sparkling clean and exuded pure luxury. We have fully enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge-freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and almost every kitchen appliance you can think of. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, and the showers with rain shower ensure a wonderful start or end to the day. The host was incredibly friendly and always available. The sandwich service was also ideal. In addition, the ski bus is around the corner, making it easy and fast to the ski resort. We would like to thank the host very much for this fantastic stay and hope to definitely come back again in the future! Family Spijkers

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before we arrived at the accommodation and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

Great chalet very well located just 10min walk outside Chamonix! We all had a great time enjoying the views from the balcony!

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, quiet while still close to amenities. The host was very responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Beautiful accommodation, close to the lake, and in a very nice village! Super accessible by bus, which stops right in front of the house.

Perfectly located accommodation, really a few meters from the access to the slopes, in the heart of the resort with walking access to basic necessities and restaurants. The geographical location allows this proximity while being in a quiet area. The view of the mountains and the lifts makes its little effect in winter. The ground floor access allows you to enter the accommodation without getting dirty while leaving your ski belongings. Accommodation size sufficient for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The two bathrooms/toilets are very good for optimizing preparations. Only downsides that can quickly be rectified: - the bedroom mattress or bed is elevated and to be discarded (toilet, unable to sleep in it). - Accommodation with a lot of large cobweb (bathroom from above, above the beds...) as well as quite a bit of dust (vacuum cleaner clogged when we arrived). Listing that deserves to be rented and owner who improves their space. I would recommend the cottage, the geogr situtaion

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area

The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful view of the mountains and the stream so peaceful and scenic. The host was kind and responsive. A perfect stay! we’d love to return and recommend our friend!

The accommodation is not large but completely in line with the description, except that the windows are now more recent than in the photo. Unfortunately, there is little storage. Well located, you can easily reach the center, the bus or train station, restaurants, bakery, shops, on foot. By car, you have to park in the city's paid parking lots unfortunately (expensive: plan the cost), bring the car nearby only to load/unload. The apartment is convenient for dogs because the small terrace overlooks the outside (the dog must be able to jump the railing), the city is dog-friendly and poop bags are even available to leave the green spaces clean. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean and equipped with the basics (dishes, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, washing machine). No problem accessing and retrieving the keys. Very good stay and thank you again!

Very nice spacious and functional apartment, extremely well equipped (appliances, kitchen equipment). Easy access and direct parking next to the accommodation. Hosts are very responsive in communication. We'll definitely stay there again!
