Holiday rentals in Maries County

We had the best time! The hospitality and generosity were second to none. The property itself is stunning and peaceful and heaven for our two city dogs. A huge thank you to Scott and Audery Maria for everything!

House was easy to find and close to great restaurants. From the moment we walked inside we felt relaxed! House was extremely clean and even smelled inviting! Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows! Plenty of towels and the water temp in shower was amazing! Kitchen well stocked even though didn't really use more than the fridge and the coffee pot. Everything was designed beautifully and decorated subtly. Very calm space! Close to a main road but traffic noise was not an issue. Games, books, puzzles. Outside is beautiful view and relaxing area. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing place, just 20 minutes from fugitive beach, family loved the peaceful and beautiful amenities after a long day on the water. Just wish we would have made the trip longer.

What a beautiful and peaceful location. It's a little out of town but an easy drive. The complex is so unique and lovely. I can see it's alure as a wedding venue. There was no wedding when we were there and I'm not sure they rent the individual homes when there is an event, but even with a couple other places in the village occupied we felt like we had this entire little village to ourselves. It was so nice to walk about, listening to the frogs call - but don't worry, the minute you step inside it is silent - watching the fireflies at night. We were in town for my son's graduation from MS&T, but I began hoping he stays in Missouri and finds a special someone so we can come back here for his wedding. The house is very well supplied and comfortable and Judy is a very responsive host. One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had.

This is definitely the place to go if you want to unplug but get bored easily. There are so many activities and games in the house. The grounds are large enough to throw a ball around, and the fire pit has the best views.

All of us that stayed at the house really enjoyed the area and the how peaceful it was there. It was nice to go to our reunion and have a nice peaceful place to return to. Would recommend this home to anyone.

We are repeat visitors…when we pulled up, my grandkids said “oh, good! This place!” We had a fabulous experience here while visiting family and the Belle Fair. We already have another reservation set in August for a family reunion. Along with the cute house, great beds, games for kids… there is a big, private back yard with covered table and chairs. Perfect for us!!
