Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

The house is at the end of a small cul-de-sac, about 300 meters above the village center. We can say that there is no sound. Only the neighbors are a little sullen :D There are many markets such as Aldi, Kik, Lidl, etc. within a 10-minute drive. The house has two large bedrooms. Both have a double bed and a large TV. The kitchen has everything. There's even a coffee machine with a grinder. The bathroom is bright and spacious. There are electric roller shutters on the windows. It makes a good blackout. There are two rocking loungers in the garden. There is a large table and a large umbrella on four chairs. In the rain, in the sun, all kinds of food is eaten, coffee is drunk, time is spent. We stayed in 6 houses during the tour. That was the best. Silvia is a very understanding and sweet person. She let us eat strawberries from her garden. He didn't mind us coming so late. And much more. Thank you very much.

Our two children loved the little adventure in the houseboat. The boat and the campsite offer everything you need for a few days of nature experience and to unwind. Next to the boat is a small entrance for swimming and in the immediate vicinity a sand field for sanding for the little ones. The boat was lovingly and stylishly furnished and very cozy. Andreas and his wife were super friendly and attentive: They allowed us to check in later and organized a life jacket for our little son on site. Tip: It is recommended to bring bicycles to ride along the beautiful bike path along the Lahn.

The Panorama Lodge delivers what it promises, a great view with a fantastic terrace. The entire accommodation is very modern, stylish and lovingly furnished and impresses with its impeccable cleanliness. You can see that a lot of attention to detail has been paid here - from the personalized welcome message on the table to a small welcome greeting in the refrigerator. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, Even a towel was provided for our dog. We would come back anytime and can would recommend the accommodation without reservation. Top location with nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

Communication with Sarah was excellent. We were greeted super friendly by the whole family. The place was great. Sarah made the sofa for us to a second bed. A well-equipped kitchen, a fruit basket, enough towels, everything there :-) We will be happy to come back!

A nice base station for our hiking steps on the Rheinsteig. Despite the proximity of train station and street, the property is pleasantly quiet. Lina welcomed us personally and in a friendly way. The apartment was clean and well maintained with direct views of the Rhine. We will be happy to come back.
