Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maricá

Passei uma semana inesquecível em Araruama hospedado nesta casa maravilhosa. O imóvel superou todas as expectativas: extremamente aconchegante, muito bem equipado, limpo e com uma localização excelente — perfeita para quem busca tranquilidade sem abrir mão da praticidade. Desde o início, o anfitrião demonstrou um cuidado admirável com cada detalhe. Sempre muito solícito, atencioso e disponível, fez questão de garantir que tudo estivesse em ordem durante toda a estadia. Não deixou faltar absolutamente nada — desde itens essenciais até pequenos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença no conforto. Sem dúvidas, uma das melhores experiências que já tive na plataforma. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza pretendo voltar. Parabéns ao anfitrião pelo excelente trabalho!

Vou começar falando que as fotos enganam. Ao vivo a casa é 10x melhor. Me arrependi de ter ficado pouco tempo. Casa limpa, organizada, todos os utensílios necessários a disposição. A casa é muito bem administrada pela Eliane. Voltarei com certeza. Maria está de parabéns pela casa.

Não é uma casa apenas. É um lar! Sentimos ali o amor que os proprietários depositam no lugar. Fomos muito bem recebidos, o espaço é excelente (exatamente como anunciado). O anfitrião é muito atencioso e solicito. A estadia foi perfeita.

We stayed at Adam's place for almost 2 months. We are really glad we chose to stay where we did as it has the best views and we got to see plenty of monkeys every morning. The apartment is well set up for short or long stays and although it is technically in a favela, it is safe - that's coming from someone who spent weeks 21-28 of pregnancy there. Adam and Saulo do a lot for the community and you can feel that their guests are well respected in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was comfortable, wifi worked great, and it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were always helpful and proactive when we needed something as well. Since the place is higher up (for great views), we found it was easy to take the shuttle bus which was just 5 reais. You can also take a motor bike for the same price. We often just walked down to street level which took 15 mins and up which took 20-25 mins. There is a great hike nearby and a fab cafe and supermarket just 5 mins walk!

Loved our stay at Leonardo's. The house is very cozy and comfortably hosted 8 people (I think it can accommodate up to 10) with 4.5 bathrooms. The patio outside is completely blocked from outside access and the pool was really nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive and came to clean the pool on the second day. The house is half a block away from the beach and kiosque which was really nice.

Great host and the location can't be beat. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb because it's central to everything, from the beach to the bars and restaurants.

A experiência nesta acomodação já começou diferente só pela recepção do anfitrião Fábio ao grupo. Gentil, cortês e muito solícito, nos apresentou cada cantinho da casa com o desejo de que desfrutássemos da melhor forma. Além disso, proativamente nos enviou um catálogo de dicas de Camboinhas muito útil. As fotos são muito bonitas e descrevem bem o espaço, mas pessoalmente é ainda mais incrível. Talvez pela energia do local. Espaços confortáveis, acolhedores e funcionais. Localização nota 10, basicamente pé na areia numa rua tranquila e sem grandes movimentações. Vista digna de quadros, dando para escutar até as ondas do mar. Experiência totalmente positiva e quero muito retornar. Espero que da próxima vez por mais dias. Recomendo!

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

O apartamento tem localização ideal, próxima a farmácias, mercados e restaurantes do bairro. Sem contar que fica muito perto da praia, coisa de metros. A distribuição do apto é ideal, tanto o checkin como o checkout foram tranquilos e flexibilizados pelo Igor, que se mostrou um excelente anfitrião. Encontramos o apto limpo, organizado e bem equipado com todos os itens essenciais. Certamente considerarei esta hospedagem em outras idas à Cidade Maravilhosa.

Adorei a estádia,lugar bom, perto de tudo, mercado, cafeteria, açaíteria, lanchonetes e botecos!! Paulo é um ótimo anfitrião sempre me respondia rapidamente, muito gente boa e foi bem flexível com meu horário de check in e check out! voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

Very nice flat in the beautiful Flamengo district! The apartment is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a very good washing machine, and air conditioning in the dining room. The building is located in a great neighborhood with cafes and supermarkets nearby, yet it’s very quiet. Lucinda was very responsive and friendly :) As for minor drawbacks, the kitchen has a rather small working surface, and the bedroom air conditioner is a bit old and slightly noisy.

Tivemos uma estadia perfeita! O local estava exatamente como descrito, tudo muito limpo, organizado e confortável. Anfitrião atencioso e prestativo. Recomendamos e voltaríamos com certeza!
