Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maricá

I spent an unforgettable week in Araruama staying in this wonderful home. The property exceeded all expectations: extremely cozy, very well equipped, clean and with an excellent location — perfect for those who seek tranquility without giving up the practicality. From the outset, the host has shown admirable care for every detail. Always very helpful, attentive and available, made sure everything was in order throughout the stay. It didn't miss anything — from essentials to small details that made all the difference in comfort. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had on the platform. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I definitely intend to return. Congratulations to the host for the excellent work!

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. Live, the house is 10x better. I regretted not having stayed longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

It's not just a house. It's a home! We felt there the love that the owners put in the place. We were very well received, the space is excellent (exactly as advertised). Host is very attentive and requested. The stay was perfect.

We stayed at Adam's place for almost 2 months. We are really glad we chose to stay where we did as it has the best views and we got to see plenty of monkeys every morning. The apartment is well set up for short or long stays and although it is technically in a favela, it is safe - that's coming from someone who spent weeks 21-28 of pregnancy there. Adam and Saulo do a lot for the community and you can feel that their guests are well respected in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was comfortable, wifi worked great, and it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were always helpful and proactive when we needed something as well. Since the place is higher up (for great views), we found it was easy to take the shuttle bus which was just 5 reais. You can also take a motor bike for the same price. We often just walked down to street level which took 15 mins and up which took 20-25 mins. There is a great hike nearby and a fab cafe and supermarket just 5 mins walk!

Loved our stay at Leonardo's. The house is very cozy and comfortably hosted 8 people (I think it can accommodate up to 10) with 4.5 bathrooms. The patio outside is completely blocked from outside access and the pool was really nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive and came to clean the pool on the second day. The house is half a block away from the beach and kiosque which was really nice.

Great host and the location can't be beat. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb because it's central to everything, from the beach to the bars and restaurants.

Stunning Location with Incredible Views The villa is in an absolutely amazing location with breathtaking views. It offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Rio, while still being just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. We visited the city several times with ease to explore the main sights. There are also fantastic dining options nearby, and getting around was effortless thanks to the readily available and affordable Ubers. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Fabio was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both relaxation and access to Rio!

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

The apartment has an ideal location, close to the pharmacies, markets and restaurants of the neighborhood. Not to mention that it is very close to the beach, a thing of meters. The distribution of the apto is ideal, both the checkin and the checkout were calm and relaxed by Igor, who proved to be an excellent host. We found the apt clean, organized and well equipped with all the essentials. I will certainly consider this accommodation in other trips to Cidade Maravilhosa.

I loved the stay, good place, close to everything, market, cafeteria, açaí shop, snack bars and bars!! Paulo is a great host, always responded quickly, very nice people and was very flexible with my check-in and check-out schedule! I will definitely come back more often.

Very nice flat in the beautiful Flamengo district! The apartment is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a very good washing machine, and air conditioning in the dining room. The building is located in a great neighborhood with cafes and supermarkets nearby, yet it’s very quiet. Lucinda was very responsive and friendly :) As for minor drawbacks, the kitchen has a rather small working surface, and the bedroom air conditioner is a bit old and slightly noisy.

The hostess was super polite and attentive. The apartment was clean, and the check-in / check-out was very flexible, which made our arrival and departure very much easier. I highly recommend it!
