Excellent, attentive host, responds promptly. House as described, very good outdoor area, very quiet residential neighborhood. The stay was excellent, I would return and recommend it.

We are very pleased with our stay! The house is excellent, very well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool was impeccably clean and the barbecue area, located next to the pool, provided great moments of interaction between all. The house has easy access to local commerce, with a grocery store and a bakery on the street itself, in addition to the lagoon that is a few meters away, in a pleasant area with kiosks and chairs to relax. If you could suggest an improvement, it would be to include a stove or stove in the barbecue area, which would make it easier to prepare a rice or heat something without having to go to the main kitchen. But overall, we don't miss anything! The area of the campinho is very good as well. At night there is no illumination, but it was not missed, not least because it rained on the nights we were there. The gaming area was a success — especially the pool/pool table, much enjoyed by husbands! Everything was great! I highly recommend the house and I look forward to coming back soon!

I want to start by saying that Márcia and her husband Ricardo are incredibly kind people, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Arriving at the space, I immediately realized how cozy, clean and very fragrant it is, (a touch of affection for those who stay). Marcia welcomed me personally and always responded immediately if I needed anything. I loved the location, it has everything nearby: bakery, market, bazaar, craft shop, restaurants, snack bars etc. And of course, THE BEACH! Correction... The ocean route, which was simply wonderful to get to know (thank you very much Márcia, this care and affection that you had is priceless). I also want to say that the people who live and work in the space that is part of the property are super nice and fun. (There's even a personal nail designer! Mari's work is super approved). In short, I really enjoyed staying at Marcia's apartment, she and her husband are great hosts. If I need to go back to Niterói, I'll look for them again. For sure!

Very nice apartment, incredible view. Airplanes can be a bit disruptive for sleep in the morning, so it's good to be prepared for the noise. But other than that, it's amazing.

My wife and I had a very peaceful stay in Fabiana's apartment, who personally welcomed us to check in and we immediately saw that she was a friendly and cheerful person. Fabiana kept in touch with us every day to see if we were okay and to send us the restaurant menu. The cleaning of the apartment was irreplaceable. Everything clean and fragrant. And Fabiana provided us with an extra duvet because of the cold. The location of the apartment is also very good. It is a 3-minute walk to Camboínhas beach. The apartment has a beautiful view, from where you can watch a sunset worthy of a movie. Although it is also wonderful to be accompanied by the beach. As for local businesses, my wife and I only use those on the waterfront, because we don't go out at night. However, iFood worked well and the phones left on the refrigerator door were also of great value. I highly recommend the stay and we will return in the summer.

An amazing place to stay with beautiful 360 view of the entire city, you can even see the redeemer statue from the apartment. Very close to everything and Gilles is exceptionally helpful and communicative. I look forward to coming back!

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Unforgettable trip na cidade maravilhosa! 🤩

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.
