We had a lovely stay at the Downtown Harbor apartment in the middle of June. The view is beautiful and the apartment is attractive, clean, and comfortably furnished. Larry and Sharon were extremely accommodating and really cared about our experience. Highly recommended to singles and couples visiting this part of the Maine coast.

The apartment was immaculate, and perfect for two people. It was well stocked with dishes, paper products, and towels. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Nancy and her husband were very friendly and gave excellent suggestions for local restaurants. It would have been nice to have access to a gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to return in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right in town and right by the water. Lissette was very attentive, gave us a coupon for the place we were going to dinner in town, and then we mentioned we were wanting to do a bonfire and she started it for us! We loved sitting on the private dock and enjoying the river views and being able to walk to get breakfast, lunch, or dinner in town. Highly recommend staying here!

Great little place and great value. Had everything we needed.

So peaceful but off season. So not sure how it would be with lots of traffic and people. But the private deck and entrance was wonderful. The water view couldn’t have been more up close and personal with the beautiful harbor. The place was clean and cozy. Perfect lighting. Didn’t watch tv once. A convenient common room for extra supplies or a cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly when we were checking out. No front desk attendant and none needed. They answer messages quickly!

A lovely, clean, cozy option that’s convenient to LDI, Brooklin, etc. Nancy is a wonderful host, and the place is quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Gran Den. The place is amazing with incredible views. Toddy’s Pond is a wonderful and a large lake if you want to explore by canoe or boat. The property is large and great for dogs so you don’t have to worry about them disturbing the neighbors. The location is also perfect for day trips to Acadia or other coastal towns. The house itself is dated but full of character, spacious with unforgettable views and very well equipped with everything a family would need for everyday life. There is a book with very detailed instructions and list of useful and informative places and things to do around the house and in the area. Brady is very helpful, checking that everything is in order and ready to advise if you have any questions. This place is a real gem and we wish we could stay longer to use the whole potential of the house and the area.

We stayed at this place for a weekend! Family of 4! Everything was great! Very peaceful surroundings! Quite, private and gorgeous. We enjoyed kayaking, I managed to cut white perch from the ramp, used grill once. Place looks new and welcoming. I wish we had more time to spend at the house. Bar Harbor/Acadia/Sand Beach is less then an hour away, easy access with no traffic. Meghan was very responsive! Our flight was not until 6pm and she allowed for a late check out. Book this place with no doubt, you will not regret. Will comfortably accommodate a family of 5.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Dean’s place. It’s just as depicted in the photos with gorgeous ocean views inside and outside. Our two boys had a great time wandering the shoreline hunting for treasure and exploring Acadia daily. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck & even saw a bald eagle one morning! We’d love to return when the boys are older and make use of the kayaks!

We had a wonderful stay in Otis. It’s very drivable to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. The house was well stocked to cook meals and the lake was beautiful with a lot of options to use canoes and kayaks. Everyone had plenty of space and we hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay, the house and property are beautiful and very peaceful. We loved fishing off the dock, using the 3 kayaks, fire pit, and hammock. There were plenty of beds and everything was very clean. There were clear instructions for everything.

This place is so peaceful and quiet. The kayaks are a perfect amenity for the pond. We enjoyed our girls trip getaway here!

The place was spotless, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful setting — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything one could ask for, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The real highlight, though, was the lake — calm, serene, and just steps away. We spent two afternoons kayaking and truly lost track of time; it was the most refreshing and memorable part of our trip. Waking up to the view of the water each day was a dream. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind in nature without compromising on comfort!

Lavender by the Sea is our favorite place to be when we come to Maine and we will always stay here on every visit. This was our 4th time and it was as amazing as it always is. Sue treats us like family and our kids love her like family. The cottage is beautiful and peaceful. It’s an hour or less to Stonington, Bar Harbor, Acadia, Bangor, and Belfast. It’s even closer to Ellsworth, Blue Hill, Surry, Brooklin, Bucksport, and Searsport.

Great home in a great location. Very spacious and clean and Corey was very responsive. We had 0 problems with there being a restaurant down stairs. Beautiful views of the bay and a near by field where we watched little kittens playing with each other! It was adorable. We slept great and felt right at home!

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

Toddy Haven is just that, a haven from the hustle and bustle of typical touristy locations. It really gives you the idea of what it would be like to live on a lake in Maine during the summer! The dock and the kayaks/canoe dedicated to our place were wonderful and the fire pit areas are amazing too! The host Mark has thought of everything for inside the place but I bet you haven't seen a full size pool table provided before?! As a SuperHost myself, I would rate this as one of the top 5 places I have ever stayed during my travels! Hope to return in the future!!

Great location and clean. As noted in the description, the walls are thin, but we had no issues. The internet connection is spotty, in case you are planning to do some remote work, but we weren't, and had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay in Ted's place. It has amazing views and the unit is well stocked with all necessities. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

Patrick's place was exactly as described. We'll appointed. It was in a private and serene location. Views of the ocean from the deck and windows facing the ocean were spectacular! Patrick was extremely responsive from booking through departure. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone not wanting the hustle and bustle of the Bar Harbor area. Utterly enjoyed our stay💖✨️

This place is absolutely amazing. It was larger than expected. It looked smaller in the pictures. Everything in the apartment was squeaky clean and we had every single thing we needed, from pots and pans to board games. Great ocean view from the porch, the living room and from one of the bedrooms. I loved seeing the boats pass by. So peaceful! I stayed there with my elderly mom, my teenage daughter and her friend for 4 days. There was so much to do! We enjoyed both the outdoor and the indoor pool. The kids took advantage of the Health Club by playing ping pong, badminton and going to the video game room. They also spent several hours playing chess in a very nice room near the lounge area that had a gorgeous ocean view. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant in the resort and were impressed by the amazing view. Great service. We also enjoyed the long walk to the lighthouse right next to the resort, and loved going to Camden, such a charming little town, 10 minutes away. The hostess, Laurie, was very accommodating, super nice, and communicated with me frequently, making sure I had all the answers I needed. I would definitely go back there! Glad to have made such wonderful memories! We didn't want to leave!
