Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mariano Roque Alonso

My stay was excellent. Rubén was a very attentive, kind host and always made sure that everything was in order. From the first moment, he made us feel welcome and made sure that we lacked nothing throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation!

From the first moment, he had a very good predisposition. No problems with the check-in schedule and no problems of any kind The apartment is beautiful and super clean It's exactly as shown in the photos. I would choose it again on my next visits to Asunción.

Very commensurate with our expectations.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

New apartment, with excellent infrastructure and very well located.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's amenities make it a stay that exceeds expectations, and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.
