Really enjoyed our stay at Paula’s flat. Loved the seaside decor. Two big bedrooms and plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes. Lovely furnishings in the lounge. A pretty little garden full of roses and a sunny deck. We always managed to park on the street near the flat. The parking behind the flat was very tight and not suitable for a larger car. We walked to the seafront in five minutes and to town in ten. Great location. Whitstable had real charm - an active seafront, lots going on and loved the shops and cosy restaurants on High St and Harbour St. Paula emailed a really detailed list of things to do and restaurant, pubs and cafes to try which was much appreciated as it was our first visit to Whitstable. Great place to walk the coastal path. We also drove to Botany Bay and walked to Broadstairs. Had a lovely day in Canterbury exploring the lanes full of interesting shops and restaurants, did the river walk and saw the beautiful cathedral. Despite mixed weather plenty to do.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there if looking for a place to stay in Deal as the views were superb and central to everything. Roger the host was very helpful with regards to parking. Can’t fault anything.

Great place. Was bigger than expected, and had everything in close proximity. Located right on the sea front with great views of the beach and sea from all the front windows.

Really enjoyed our stay here seeing family and friends 😊 Great view of the sea -which is just accross the fairly quiet road And made use of lovely patio area and shared garden Fairly quiet and only a short walk to broadstairs shops etc We walked from train station approx 15 mins Enjoyed the French doors opening to patio having fresh air

Peter was a great, friendly host. He sent a video ahead of time showing where to park (very helpful). The place has a view of Canterbury Cathedral tower right out the living room window, and we loved hearing the bells. It was a surprisingly spacious place right in the hear of Canterbury. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, the Abbey, and St. Martin's church (and all of city center). Peter was very quick to respond to any issues we had, and we enjoyed talking with him! Thanks so much.

What a great place Kay, beautifully laid out, with artistic style. I especially liked the antique crates housing the films and the books. We loved the bedrooms too and the wooden beams, such a perfect place for me! We were right in the middle of Deal and loved that. The beach was awesome and we found your pub, The Bohemian on the front and spent both evenings in there. Thank you so much for having us, we will be back! With love, Lorna & Trevor xx

⸻ We had a great weekend staying at Joe’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Joe was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and clearly puts a lot of care into making sure his guests have a great experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. A wonderful house in which to relax and enjoy Deal and the surrounding area. The house was perfect with everything we could have wished for and more. Parking was explained and free a few minutes' walk from the house. For a fairly central situation, it was peaceful and calm. Felt sad to leave. Rob met us at the door with the key and we were able to say hello to Emma as we left. They responded to messages really promptly and helped us select a couple of local places to eat which were really successful. Perfect! Thank you

The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful six days at Steven and Rob’s cottage. Even before our arrival, communication with Steven was very pleasant, and the tips for our stay were really helpful. The cottage is a dream – every room is decorated and furnished with great attention to detail, and it quickly makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another time. It’s clear how much thought the two of them put into everything. Everything was very clean and carefully arranged. The location is fantastic – it’s just steps from the beach, you can see the sea from the bedroom, and restaurants and shops are within easy reach. We would love to come back and want to say thank you.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! This is such a lovely apartment, in the best location in Broadstairs. We walked everywhere and the hosts sent us some helpful instructions about restaurants and other sights we might like to see. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Simon’s place. Perfect location, perfect cozy cottage feel and a brilliant way to see the joys of broadstairs. Simon was on hand to help if we needed, the facilities were above and beyond and we all slept brilliantly. Couldn’t have asked for a better seaside break! Thank you Simon!!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Great flat in central Margate. Quiet but walkable to everything. Plenty of items provided regards shower products, laundry tabs, mugs etc, which so many air bnbs fail to do. Good sized space & big smart tv. Basically everything you could need. Only thing was shower & hot water could be bit temperamental but nothing major. Asfar was a perfect host; very responsive, clear instructions & assisted regards parking when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

A lovely spacious regency style appartment with an extensive sea view. Great balcony to sit on for meals looking over the sea. David and Yvette were very friendly and helpful. The apartment wad clean and very well equipped. The buses stop very close and are very frequent so can manage without car. Free parking in street outside or nearby streets or pay and display out the front. Very convenient for Main Beach, the Ramsgate Tunnels and the Royal Harbour. Highly recommended.

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

A lovely seafront apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. After a snag with the code with check in it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend Kirstys place, particularly if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea.

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!
