Holiday rentals with a patio in Margate

My friend and I had the perfect stay - everything was beautifully clean, comfortable and stylish - and everything you need. Angela communicated really quickly. We were very comfortable and the flat is perfectly located for everything in Margate.

Absolutely loved staying here, literally 5 minutes if that to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb apartment! The view of the seafront was absolutely to die for—truly breathtaking and the highlight of my mornings. The host was fantastic, always just a call away and incredibly helpful at any time. The only slight downside was the request to remove shoes to preserve the carpet and the steps leading up to the apartment, but honestly, that was a small trade-off for such a charming stay. Overall, a beautiful stay that I would happily recommend to everyone!

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. Host was so hospitable and really made our time there as enjoyable as possible. The place looked even better in person - everything was clean and presented to a great standard. The couch and beds were so comfy and the living room was nice and spacious. Host was super communicative throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place! Thank you again for hosting us and hopefully we’ll be back soon enough☺️☺️

Vicki’s place was absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated with a really relaxed vibe. She provides everything you could possibly need including great local recommendations. Loved the neighbourhood and proximity to the beach and so many great cafes and restaurants.

What can I say. We had a brilliant stay at Gillian's. It was not only perfectly placed but is one of the most beautiful, fun and inspiring places I've stayed. We had a group of 7 friends staying together and all marvelled at how relaxing and well equipped it was with awesome sea views. Both lots of fun and very relaxing. thank you for letting us stay.

Fabulous apartment with great location and quirky style. We have enjoyed our one night stay very much. Excellent location with close proximity to everything you may need or want to visit. Will come back again.

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

We were in 7th heaven here. Stephen's little house is a gem! Brilliantly thought out, quiet, charming, convenient, light, and feels pleasantly spacious. The kitchen area is very cleverly arranged. I enjoyed cooking simple meals here as long as Chris my husband was sitting at one end of the "breakfast bar" / eating area (out of the way!!). Lovely shower... Sandwich is a delightful place to stay if you don't like crowds and love history: it had been a prosperous port and retains many medieval buildings, yet feels like a village. Lovely walks straight out the door, and only 2 minutes from the centre and the Guildhall Museum (recommended). Stephen is delightful and met us on arrival. He had recently installed a washing machine which was a pleasant surprise. He mentioned that the patio is a little sun-trap. We found that it also provided welcome shade when we came back for a late lunch one day! We no longer have a car and staying here worked brilliantly for us. Thank you Stephen!

Marianna's place was a real pleasure to stay in. It is in a brilliant location in the Old Town of Margate within walking distance of the beaches, lots of nice restaurants/cafes, and Margate's lovely little bookshop. It was spotlessly clean, and in fact better than in the photographs, in that the thoughtful design was much more attractive in real life than in the photos. The kitchen had all that you would need; the garden was nice, the sunroom warm and sunny and the beds extremely comfortable. The host was really friendly and responsive, including dealing with a query that I had about the shower. My daughters and I had a lovely few days and would recommend without hesitation.

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

Lovely stay, Emily was very friendly and communication was great. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time, the place was as in the description. A perfect place for a quiet stay with easy access to Whitstable, Herne Bay etc with brilliant hosts.

A fantastic location for a beach trip. You can easily walk to Botany Bay and Broadstairs/ Margate/ Cliftonville and more are very close by. The bungalow also has a nice garden with table that you can dine at on nice evenings. A great base for a family trip.

We had an amazing weekend at Galinas house. So clean and lots of essential items especially in the kitchen. We definitely want to book again, maybe later in the year.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

The property was per the photos with the cleanliness and presentation being exceptional. The provision of beach towels was a great touch. The sun room and roof terrace were a real treat. You can see on the photos that the bath has a high step-in (not an issue for us but could be for some). We had a great few days.

We had a great stay at Fiona's place, and she was very responsive to any issues we had. The flat itself is lovely, and a fab location for walking along the beach and close to all that Broadstairs has to offer. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was So cosy! Everything we needed was to hand! The bed linen and towels all smelt so fresh and clean! We definitely will want to come back when we are next in the area! Thank you so much x

Great place to stay, within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and beachfront. Clean, tidy and very comfortable.. off street parking - massive benefit, private garden. Highly recommend for 2 people to stay.
