We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

Die Unterkunft von Michael war super. Meine Monteure waren voll begeistert. Es entsprach alles wie beschrieben. Sehr große Unterkunft mit super ruhiger Lage. Immer wieder gerne.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage nah an der Donau ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund. Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr gut, mit Garten im Sommer. Schara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Der Aufenthalt bei Nadine war perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in ruhiger Lage. Nadine ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Da unsere Tochter kurzfristig krank wurde und mein Mann deshalb nur mit einem Kind anreisen konnte, ist sie uns sogar preislich entgegengekommen – vielen lieben Dank dafür! Mein Mann und meine Tochter hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – hoffentlich beim nächsten Mal zu viert!

Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. Ein schönes, sauberes Airbnb mit tollen Ausblick über ganz Wien!

Wir haben Anfang Juni 2025 eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr groß, sehr hochwertig und individuell/künstlerisch ausgestattet. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich im Garten, am Pool, auf der Terrasse, auf dem Balkon oder im Wintergarten zu entspannen. In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden. Die Landschaft ist ein absoluter Traum, direkt vor der Haustür gibt es wunderschöne Natur (Wiesen, Wälder, Berge). Man kann wandern und hervorragend MTB fahren (sehr viele Trails --> absolutes Highlight :-)). Es gibt auch viele "normale" Radwege, auf denen man entspannt nach Mödling (10 min) oder Wien (ca. 60 min) fahren kann. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 min problemlos direkt in der Wiener Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Zug super easy von Mödling aus. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war tadellos, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. E-Ladestation für Autos nur 100m entfernt.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

The perfect place to stay in Vienna! The interior was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The host, Tarkan, was always ready to help and gave very clear instructions to find the apartment. There is a beautiful park nearby and a metro stop into the town centre only 3-4 minutes away. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again if we return to Vienna!

Super schöne Unterkunft mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Wien. Die Kommunikation mit Alisa war super einfach und es war alles sehr sauber. Lediglich die Klimaanlage ging leider nicht so gut, weshalb es im Sommer recht warm im Raum wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 15-minute walk from the Upper Belvedere museum. It is a 15-30 minute trip by public transportation to most sites, and much of Vienna is accessible through public transportation. The apartment was clean and uncluttered. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our group of three. I agree with the reviewer who said it would be nice to have a shower curtain to reduce water from spreading across the bathroom floor (there is not a tub or any kind of divider to contain water from the shower). The check-in video is very helpful. Marko was responsive to messages.

Thank you Karsten for hosting us! The house was just as described, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s conveniently located—not far from public transport—which made getting around easy. The access instructions were clear, and checking in was smooth. The amenities were great, and everything was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely recommend your place to future guests..

The best apartment I’ve stayed in,Guido is always easy to communicate and with fast reply. If you plan to cook, it is a good option as well, there are many supermarkets, you just need to walk by a few minutes. Apartment with excellent design, Guido offered all kinds of daily necessities. It will be my top choice as long as I will be Vienna again.

This was a beautiful apartment near the Schonbrunn Palace, it was probably a 15 minute walk to the palace. There were some great restaurants right by the apartment. Hannah was very responsive to messages. Great place to stay!
