Holiday rentals with a patio in Marfil

El lugar es más bonito que las fotos, la estancia fué muy cómoda y acogedora. Todo estaba muy limpio y con un muy buen gusto, puntos extras por los insumos para preparar un buen café e iniciar la mañana con toda la actitud. Hay que tomar en cuenta que el hospedaje si está en una pendiente, y si llevas muchas maletas se complica un poco la llegada, pero vale 100% la pena por el hospedaje. Y también acaricien al perrito cuidador del arbnb, siempre estaba al pendiente de nuestra llegada. 🐶🐶🐶

la vista era muy bonita y el hospedaje muy cómodo, además de que incluía muchas cosas. era muy completo el servicio.

¡La estadía fue increíble! ¡La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo! El anfitrión Erik, al igual que sus padres, son muy amables. La limpieza estaba impecable. La casa está completamente equipada. ¡La recomiendo mucho si van a pasar unos días en Guanajuato!

Esta más que excelente este lugar..!!! 100% recomendado, en una zona muy padre, el balcón te permite observar el atardecer, quede encantado.

Excelente lugar para una persona, con lo mínimo necesario para una estancia de varios días. La localización es perfecta, pues en mi caso quedaba cerca de la Universidad y también de caminando o en bus podías llegar al centro muy rápido. Además está cerca de OXXO, Aurrerá, bancos y lugares para salir a correr en las tardes. La atención de Paulina fue impecable, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad que tuviera y dispuesta a ayudar . Son dudas consideraría este lugar para volver a alojarme en el por motivos de estudios.

Es un espacio agradable, cercano al centro y con lo necesario para la estancia. Gilberto y Edgar estuvieron en comunicación constante con indicaciones y apoyo. Olvidamos el peluche de mi hijo =(

We loved the Boveda Suite. It was really well designed and decorated. Even though it was upper 80s during the day, it still stayed cool at night. The space is very large with two big rooms, tall ceilings and an adequate bath. The terrace space was another feature, and a great view. When the callejonadas sing, they frequently come by one side or the other of the terrace. It was a bonus to have two cats and three turtles on site. Literally, almost everything is located within a quarter mile or less: shops, restaurants, University, churches, markets, theater, etc. It's also an easy taxi ride from the bus station

Wow!!! This place was amazing! Spacious, beautifully conserved and really felt like home. The juliet balcony was soo lovely. The bedrooms all had windows which was nice to allow natural light to come on. It was so close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Andre was helpful with providing instructions on how to get there as well as checking in to make sure all was well. Definitely a gem and will be coming back! Gracias!!!

We stayed at Casa Serena for almost 2 months. The house is charming and had everything we needed to feel at home and be self-reliant. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels were top-notch. Have a filtered water spout in the kitchen was a huge plus as it was great not to have to purchase and lug drinking water! The house is within easy downhill walking distance to the historic district with its lovely parks, museums, shops and restaurants. As is the case in many Guanajuato neighborhoods, the house sits on a hillside and so your walk back up from town is quite a workout! Still, that did not pose a problem for us. Alvaro was a perfect host. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and showed genuine concerns for our comfort and experience in his hometown. The welcome packet provided great recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try. Thank you too, Alvaro for the lovely sparkling wine you presented us with when we arrived. Thank you, Alvaro!

Es muchísimo más bonita de lo que se ve, un lugar muy cómodo, el anfitrión súper amable y siempre al pendiente de todo, la casa estaba muy limpia, una vista increíble, quien me recibió súper amable. Sin duda volveré pronto.

I had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the house is spacious—perfect for relaxing or spending time with a group. The rooftop patio is absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight. The only thing I would have appreciated is if drinking water had been provided. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Viaje con mi familia a Guanajuato y nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de James fue excepcional. La casa es muy amplia por lo que estuvimos sumamente cómodas. Tuvimos un gran recibimiento por parte de Cony la ama de llaves, quien nos dio un recorrido por el alojamiento mostrándonos todos sus rincones que están llenos de detalles sorprendentes. La ubicación es magnífica en un área segura y tranquila, a menos de 5 minutos caminando del jardín de la unión y de fácil acceso. La casa se encontraba impecable y está equipada con todo lo necesario para que durante nuestra estancia nos sintiéramos como en casa. James es un gran anfitrión. Nos dejó detalles de bienvenida, siempre atento y al pendiente para que nuestra estancia fuera amena. Nos ayudo coordinando nuestro traslado aeropuerto-alojamiento-aeropuerto y nos dio la opción de una salida tardía lo cual se lo agradecemos muchísimo. ¡Muy recomendable hospedarse en CASA PERRO AZUL, esperamos regresar!

Es un lugar que, aunque es pequeño, es muy confortable; hay mucha tranquilidad, cero ruidos molestos.

Excelente alojamiento en Guanajuato, disfrutamos mucho de la terraza y la alberca, muy cercas de plaza de Los Ángeles, la zona es tranquila.

Perfect location in the heart of the city center. And Alejandra was extremely responsive.. when my bus arrived six hours late to Guan. she made arrangements for me to still have a smooth check in.

Absolutely lovely house, with a great view of the city, and away from the noise of the center. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and accessible. As the crow flies, it's very close to the center, but up a steep hill. The stairs to the neighborhood are even and well-maintained, but mostly we were lazy and took the funicular to and from the Pipila monument, which costs $40 MXN and is a 5 minute walk (plus a few dozen stairs, and a short hill to the house itself). There are lots of snack stalls around El Pipila and some small markets for necessities even closer. Monica and Samuel are wonderful, on-site hosts and helped us out with recommendations, water, and a taxi to the airport. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, indoor temperatures were comfortable during a hot June. We loved our time here and would recommend it unequivocally unless you absolutely can't manage stairs, since there's some stairs up to and within the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

Me encantó el alojamiento. El loft tiene detalles increíbles que para nosotros marcaron una super diferencia; por ejemplo las toallas, las cobijas y las sábanas de una super calidad que te hace sentir en casa. Los detalles de la luz, cuenta con luz en el pasillo, en el baño, lámparas pequeñas en la cabecera, excelente para cada necesidad de un día de descanso. Conexiones de luz por todos lados, con entrada usb para teléfonos. La alberca deliciosa, con agua templada y excelente el hidromasaje. Dejamos el auto afuera del loft y no tuvimos ningún problema, apesar de que la colonia es poco concurrida. ¡Ya quiero regresar!

Está muy cómodo, y es fácil llegar desde el centro. Llevamos carro pero nos movimos siempre a pie porque todo está accesible (muy cerca de la universidad de hecho). El carro lo dejamos en la calle Alameda, y estuvo seguro 👍🏻
