We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

Unobstructed view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the La Concurrence beach. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or small families. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!
