The listing is as described: large living room, kitchen equipped for our group of friends (7 people). The spa is great, clean. Hosts provide outdoor garden furniture, umbrellas and Chilean for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Charlotte is very responsive and friendly. Thank you for this stay and happy hosting.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to be like at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Excellent welcome from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us very good advice on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh products, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We will gladly return to Mélanie and Nicolas.

Beautiful house ideally located, quiet. The house is very clean, with all the necessary amenities and nicely decorated. Jonathan is very accommodating and responsive, ideal. We had a great time with the family.

We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a very pretty seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

The studio was the perfect accommodation for a weekend. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sophie but she was very welcoming and caring in her messages, before, during and after our stay. We recommend Sophie without hesitation

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

I have to say this is one of my favourite places on AirBnB. It’s actually nicer than the photos!! And the most comfortable bed! I loved that a little shopping trolley was even provided for my trips to the boulangerie and marche! Christian was on hand to help with checking in and out. Great location! Absolutely perfect stay at Michel and Régine's, the location of the accommodation is ideal next to the market, shops and beautiful walks along the channel and oyster parks: everything can be done on foot. La Tremblade has retained the authentic character of the Charentes, and you can quickly access the magnificent beaches of the Côte Sauvage or the island of Oléron. The accommodation is very nice, quiet, with private parking and just the right amount of garden. It is particularly well-equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel at home. Michel and Régine are very attentive hosts, nothing was missing on our arrival for our breakfasts, and even much more! The arrival and departure procedures are extremely simple and leave an ideal latitude. I highly recommend this rental and keep it in my address book!

Very pleasant stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, advice, etc. A safe bet in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!

We spent three nights in the accommodation in heat that was quite high for a month of June. Fortunately, there was a fan. The apartment is nice and well stocked (with a great park). It's a good place. I recommend it.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well equipped. Magnificent view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and meals outside. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.

Quiet apartment in a residence close to the botanical garden. Pleasant walk to get to the old center. Katia welcomed us and explained how to get to the different places. Very friendly.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure rest. The apartment has an extraordinary view of the ocean, and the beach of Les Faucillons is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, there is absolutely nothing missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities, are just a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is the most relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge very efficient and very professional for check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.
