Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marco Simone

Sono rimasta a bocca aperta quando ho visto l'appartamento, impeccabile in tutto, contentissima di questo soggiorno. Appartamento pulito, grande, con ogni comfort possibile, posizione ottima. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Roma non ci penserò un attimo a prenotare qui.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

Host was fast at responding and really helpful! Allowing us extra time for checkout and providing a list of suggestions about the local area. Room was great, Cosy felt at home with a great view over Roma!

Rome like home was a perfect location being close to the train station. We were able to drop our bags off and go. She was very helpful with all our questions. The place is actually nicer than the photos. I would most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Ho passato 4 giorni a Roma per lavoro, mi sono trovato benissimo l’appartamento era molto bene curato e pulito, la terrazza il punto forte della casa stupenda per aperitivi e cene, Stefania sempre molto gentile per qualasisi mia necessità! Grazie

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Thank you for everything!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön . Sehr gute Betten sauber geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Espresso u. kleine Snacks stehen bereit . Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man muss allerdings ca 40.Minuten Bus fahren um im Zentrum zu sein Uns hat das gefallen fern am vom Touristenzentrum. Und es gibt 2 Badezimmer was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

Un grand merci à Elvin et son amie pour leur accueil exceptionnel ! Ce sont des hôtes adorables, attentionnés! Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Fabrizio is an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival. The air bnb was beautiful and in a great, walkable location!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous stay in this beautiful apartment. Nice & close to the sites we wanted to see but far enough away that we didn’t feel it was overcrowded. Amazing bakery a few doors up ‘Molino’ & the best gelato across the road at ‘Terra’. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft ganz in der Nähe des Kolosseums. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch durchdacht ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation herzlich und unkompliziert. Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier alles gestaltet wurde. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Grazie mille!

The apartment is very beautiful, very well decorated and furnished, spacious and well located, close to many of the main points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, it has everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Giuseppe is truly a super host: attentive, courteous, and ready to help, always responding promptly to any of our questions.

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.
