Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Marco Island

William is very kind and I was surprised that he responded immediately 😀Everything was great. The place was very cozy and beautiful, exactly as seen in the photos. We had a wonderful vacation! The place was beautiful and perfect for our family! Everything is close and easy to get to and everyone was very kind and helpful. The commons area was extremely clean and our family enjoyed all the amenities. Jessica was very responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend!

Very comfortable and private condo close to the beach and restaurants. Easy private parking. Nice amenities inside. Comfy bed. Good location. Quiet. Lovely balconies and views. Well renovated. Very clean with modern fixtures. Very walkable neighborhood. Loved it!

Great little waterside condo in a wonderful spot in the island. Close to lots of good restaurants and you can rent or charter boats next door! Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views of Gulf & Tigertail lagoon. Perfect location to watch sunset from the deck. Linda's place has comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture & well decorated. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Hope to plan another stay in the future!

Monica’s apartment was great! Beautiful views, a nice relaxing pool, and a convenient location - we walked everywhere. She was very communicative and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. She also worked with us when we arrived earlier than our check-in. Would stay here again!

JK2Properties was helpful from pre-booking to checkout. Instructions were clear. The place looks like the pictures. Apartment is adorable, loved the decor. The only issue was when we first arrived, the keypad wasn’t working for us and J2K immediately fixed it remotely and we got right in. No problem. Also, the elevator closes quickly, so be careful upon exit. All in all, a great stay and would come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The community was quiet and peaceful. The hostess was extremely responsive on the one need we has.

My wife and I have stayed at Ole a couple times now. Both times Stefanie was the host and was very responsive. The place was clean and the facility is very nice. People at Ole are welcoming and Pleasant. I highly recommend.

This house was FANTASTIC!!! We were looking for a place to “live” in the Port Charlotte area and it surpassed our expectations!!! House was clean, vibrant and met our expectations! Eddie was a great host, very responsive and so nice! Such a great stay!

This property was perfect for our families!! So much to do and the island is very quiet and peaceful. We parked our boats at the dock in the back with ease. The beaches were virtually empty everytime we went and the sunsets are amazing!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

Fantastic home! The home is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. Great attention to detail in this home and everything is labeled for ease of use. The kitchen is functionally designed and beautifully stocked with appliances and dishes. The walk in showers are like being at a luxurious spa. The pool/lanai area is fantastic overlooking the River/bay. Enjoyed grilling/smoking meat on the grill/smoker provided and eating on lanai to enjoy the great Florida weather. The home is close to beach, shopping, and many other fun activities. We especially enjoyed a day picking blueberries at a nearby farm and making blueberry ice cream in the provided ice cream maker. After days at beach or out, it is relaxing to get in pool or spend time in conversation around the fire pit near the dock. Lanson and Allison were wonderful hosts providing great detail to making our stay special. There is a lot to do in the Ft Myer area; however, it is a luxury vacation just staying at Kokomo Del Sol!

Our fantastic two-week stay at Palm View was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. Upon entering, we noted how impeccably spotless and clean everything was—a clear sign of high cleanliness standards, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation was incredibly well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen featured an excellent range of pots, pans, and even spices; a wonderful, convenient touch making meal prep very easy. When we had one minor question, the host's responsiveness was outstanding. A phone call addressed our query almost immediately, which was impressive and reassuring. Overall, our Palm View experience earned a solid five out of five. We were thoroughly pleased and would definitely stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Although this unit is a little dated (cabinets and furniture) everything is well kept and really clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Amazing view! Plenty of towels and blankets. Everything we needed for cooking meals was provided. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived. We appreciated the safety of SeaWinds with the locks on all building doors and beach/pool gates. We would definitely book this condo again.

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

The location is really nice. The room is clean and have facilities that we need for staying. Tracey is also active responding for everything, when we had the questions. This place might be a great option for staying in Marco island.👍🏻

Our Stay at Marco was absolutely wonderful! Well in advance of our trip Jim reached out and explained all the steps and things we needed to know. This made check in a breeze. He also checked on us upon our arrival to make sure we made it okay. The condo unit was beautiful with a beautiful balcony to enjoy our breakfast and breathe the fresh ocean air. The unit was spacious and comfortable and clean and had every amenity we would need, including buckets to play in the sand at the beach. We had a wonderful time using the pool and spending time walking the beach! It was a magical place! We would recommend it to anyone!
