Holiday rentals with beach access in Marco Island

If you are looking for a quiet yet beautiful location, this is the place for you. The view from the pool was amazing and many times we saw dolphins swimming in the area. The pictures accurately portray the condo. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Nach einer kleinen Startschwierigkeit mit der Türe, hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Shane. Die Unterkunft sieht eigentlich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie ist stilvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigt. Alles war sauber. Ebenso war es toll, uns kostenfrei Stühle und Schirm für den Strand sowie Fahrräder und Kajaks usw. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auch Wäsche waschen und trocknen konnten wir - was bei unserer Rundreise wirklich nötig war. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Wir haben es genossen :-)

Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great host and smooth stay, would happily return. The location was convenient and made getting around easy.

We were so pleased to find Michael’s place. It is a comfortable condo and is in walking distance to the beach. He had all the beach gear needed and the we loved the clean kitchen and patio for meals. The washer/dryer was great and the layout was comfortable for my family and my parents. It was a great spot for a family vacation.

Beautiful place, amazing area close to the beach and town. The pool was very nice, and everything was very clean. My only complaints would be that there this is little to no utensils in the kitchen. So if you’re cooking and plan on bringing forks, knives, spoons, and more. The other thing is the washing machine is finicky when it comes to starting/choosing a load and opening it. Other than that the hosts were great, and the stay was exactly as listed if not better.

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening! Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are in great condition with morning open play. We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean place and well maintained and updated.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was easy and prompt throughout. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the soft sheets and cozy couch—perfect for relaxing after beach days. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.) made it all so easy. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully stocked.

Really enjoyed our stay here, fantastic rental. House is exactly as in the images, very large and roomy. Each room has a TV which my kids really liked. The pool and area on the canal is awesome - really really nice. The house comes with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cart, bikes, and toys, has everything you need. Neighborhood is very nice and .... I would say that walking to the beach is a solid 13 minutes, if you're walking with chairs, umbrellas, and kids while doable not ideal. We would drive (about 2 minutes) drop everything of in the drop of area, and then person would walk or ride bike to the beach. Very easy. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay in this lovely home. Its high ceilings and open concept made for an airy and light filled interior. Great living room with comfortable sofas, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, large and spotless bathrooms. Plenty of extra beach towels for the pool, and we really appreciated the wagon and beach chairs for our two trips to the shore. We made several meals in the well equipped kitchen and on the grill. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Great location. We spent many hours in the pool and enjoyed our meals on the patio. This property is the complete package!

What a beautiful cozy home! From the moment we walked through the door, Karen’s home hugged and welcomed us. Just as described and pictured, clean and beautifully decorated (we loved all of the beachy decor). The burrowing owls were a highlight nextdoor and throughout this lovely island. Thank you for thinking of every detail and all of the little extras you provide…can’t wait to go back someday!

Location of the home was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. House was clean and stocked with amenities. We plan to rent this house again next summer.

There’s a little slice of heaven on Earth, and it’s tucked away at 1432 Jamaica Road, Marco Island. I can't praise this home enough—though I fear that by doing so, I might just make it more popular and harder to book... but honestly, this house deserves to be shared with as many people as possible! It’s like being wrapped in a warm hug every time you step inside. It has everything you need, plus an extra dose of charm and coziness. Don’t hesitate to book this place. After staying at so many different homes over the years, this one stands out as our absolute favorite—thanks to its fantastic amenities, prime location, and the wonderful owners. It truly feels like home.

We had a great stay at Amber & Todd’s place! Their home has everything you need for a short or long stay. They were really thoughtful and even reached put proactively to offer an early check in as the home was available a bit sooner. Check in was simple, the beds comfortable. We loved having the privacy of a home rather than the larger resorts on Marco. The location is great, less than 2 miles from the beach. Thank you Amber and Todd.

This was the best managed Airbnb we've ever stayed in. I have a big family (7 people) and we were very comfortable in the house. All of the "extras" available to use were in excellent shape. Specifically the beach chairs, carts, toys, etc. Most of the time these items are used hard and put away wet, but not the case at this house. Consumables were well stocked (bathrooms, kitchen) and not cheap junk. There were laundry hampers in each bedroom. This is hugely helpful when staying out of town and needing to do laundry. The pool was clean, all furniture comfortable. It has TVs in the living and bedrooms (the TV in the second living room is enormous). It's in a convenient area that you can walk or bike and close to groceries and dining. I had no need to contact the hosts while there because the instructions were all so clear, before and after check-in. This is a 10/10 rental, so if you're on the fence just book it! Thanks for a FANTASTIC stay!!

Home Review: Great condo on the beach, perfect for two adults. It is small, but exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, fun decor (beachy and modern). Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels provided. A special thank you for including a beach tote with the chairs and umbrella. Wi-fi didn't consistently reach all the way out to patio when the door was closed, but it wasn't a big deal. Well equipped kitchen. Complex Review: It's a bit complicated at first at check in - there's a lot of information they give to you. It is a two key facility - one key for front door, beach access, elevator access and one for home access, but that's standard and a good security process. Reserved parking spot was a nice bonus. The bar/grill in building serves a GREAT cocktail and better than average bar food. Host: Easy communication, clear instructions, clear paperwork. We've been to Marco many times, both hotel and rental....would return here!

Absolutely fantastic condo. Perfect size for a couple. The condo was completely stocked with items such as toilet paper, kitchen utensils, beach supplies, etc. The space was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. A quick elevator down and you’re right on the beach. The host was also responsive and very kind. You will not regret booking this location!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice, clean, and the location was great. It was very quiet and relaxing. Beach access was right in front and beaches were beautiful. Highly recommend this.

This is a lovely really clean unit, in a very beautiful setting, peaceful. I loved listening to the birds while reading on the screened in porch. The location can’t be beat for proximity to restaurants, Publix, Rose Marina, specialty boutiques and an amazing thrift store The Bargain Basket that truly has thrift store pricing. We come to Marco for the shelling and it never disappoints. A hidden gem for FABULOUS fresh seafood is directly across the street from Old Marco Cove House ( though you have to look for it), called LeeBee’s (spelling?). Our boat captain recommended it, I haven’t seen it advertised 🤷‍♀️. Highly recommend also. Michelle also recommended Napoli’s on the bay IV, as a good choice for pizza. She was right, we got some twice. The unit had a little laundry room which was great to have to get our stuff dry before packing. Of note is that is that this is a structure on piling so there are stairs to get to the unit. All in all a great little AirBnb. Will be back!

Condo was very nice and well furnished. Dan and Sandy were very responsive and helpful. Only regret is the distance to the beach/ocean. It was a very long walk one way or thru lagoon and mangroves. The beach is gorgeous once you are there. We actually drove to South Beach Public Access. The walk was better and nice beach.

Pamela’s place was great! It was very nicely decorated and homey. It is also well-situated with it being close to the pool, parking garage, laundry room, elevators, and trash chute. It was extremely well stocked with all the kitchen, entertainment, and beach/pool basics. The location is also fabulous. The entire complex is very well taken care of, the security is top-notch, and it is very peaceful. The beach was also amazing! I have never been to a beach with so many pretty seashells and the water was a beautiful green color with little to no sargassum. There is also lots of beautiful wildlife, ranging from rabbits, pelicans, turtles, and even dolphins. Furthermore, it is also very close to multiple restaurants. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Pamela’s place! 10/10.

This condo and host were absolutely perfect. Beautiful location, condo was wonderful and host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Theresa was great from the booking to responding to all questions. Their property manager Karen met us and walked us around to ensure everything was working properly and as expected. Would recommend staying here again. Thanks
