Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Marco de Canaveses

The house of the valleys is extremely pleasant for a group holiday. The house was very clean, with everything expected in a good rented house (towels, utensils, sun loungers, etc.). We feel sorry that the photographs do not correspond to the current state of the tennis field, it is quite damaged. There were no balls. the ping pong is not on the ad and it was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to the host for availability and sympathy. In case of need there is a collaborator who lives very close to the house, which was very helpful to us. Thank you!

For two people the accommodation is really sufficient. The amenities are mindful of functionality. Internet and wifi are very good. A beautiful view, shopping opportunities are 20 minutes away by car. From here are many beautiful cities in 1 to 🚗 Accessible by car 1.5 hours. I'd love to come back here 👍👍😊😊

It was a beautiful experience. You can try and experience a lot. The pool and the entire facility is very clean and beautiful. The apartment was cozy and modern. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious cake and the friendly hostess. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Casa de Travassos is a true gem. We wanted a remote, tranquil retreat to spend Christmas and this could not have been more perfect. Located less than 100 meters from a gorgeous dammed off river (essentially a lake) and surrounding by lush vegetation, authentic architecture, and hiking opportunities, this place was the definition of idyllic. My understanding is that it a very popular destination during summer months with lots of lake activities, but for our purposes, the winter time was just what we were looking for. Despite its remoteness, we still had access to a cute bar/eatery just 100 meters away as well as grocery stores and restaurants about 20 minutes away. The villa has a long, wide balcony with the best views of the lake and is perfect for enjoying the soft, winter sun. The "medieval" carved furniture pieces were unique and beautiful, the beds comfortable, and plenty of linens/towels and wood for our fires. The awesome host, Pedro, is very attentive and made our stay a 10/10.

The house is exactly what we needed. We were 2 families with children and we were very comfortable. The house is very new and has all the amenities you may need. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch, and although we don't use it, the sauna and pool area for summer looks like a real wonder. We had a little problem with the heater and the owners immediately came and fixed it. If we come back to the area we will definitely repeat.

A quiet place but close to all amenities. Everything is done with taste and to make us feel good during our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this very well equipped, very comfortable and very clean villa. The large pool and hot tub are very nice. And above all, the kindness and availability of the owners will leave us a great memory.

I almost don't want to say how great this place was because I don't want it to be full the next time we go... and we all agree there must be a next time. Nuno's place is wonderful. The views can't be beat, the pool is inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub, and wish we had had more nights to have an outdoor fire one night. All the bedrooms have a great view. We got a chance to meet Nuno when he helped us by organising a dinner cooked in the house by a local chef (which was DELICIOUS). He was extremely helpful, and so kind. From here you have a bit of a drive to get to Duoro Valley, or Porto, etc... but we absolutely loved the location. Note... driving around here takes some skill. And GPS / google maps does not take you the right way. We ended up on some very narrow steep roads. I am very grateful for the two skilled standard drivers in our group:). All in all, a fantastic stay, and a highlight of our 2 weeks in Portugal!!!
