Lovely apartment near Stuttgart right by the Schönbuch

Super nice granny apartment in our owner-occupied single-family house (year of construction 2015). Ideal for business trips or as a starting point for tours into the nature of the Black Forest. Good connection to the greater Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment and helps you relax. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit DSL) and a large TV complete the package.

Beautiful small apartment, well equipped

The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied

Large living room with double bed, dining table, projector and screen. Fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates, modern bathroom with shower. Ideal for up to two people. As the oldest house in the city, the Nun House was built around 1400 and is one of the highlights of the old town. Until 1800, the nunnery was part of the Rottenburg monastery and was inhabited by nuns. Less than 50 m to the bus stop, 100 m to the supermarket. Right next to St. Moriz church in downtown Rottenburg.

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

Come to rest and relax. Take a walk in the woods or go to the outdoor pool in summer. In winter, it's not far to Böblingen to the thermal baths. The location is ideal south of Stuttgart between Herrenberg and Tübingen. Our guests have made excursions from here to the Alb, the Black Forest, Lake Constance and even as far as Neuschwanstein.

We were looking for a quiet accommodation for a workshop weekend in Tübingen (arrival by car). The apartment is very quiet and spacious, clean and airy. The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped (if you are not a microwave fan). On the terrace you can sit comfortably in the sun. Our communication was smooth, but there was not much to discuss. We felt comfortable and would rent the apartment again at any time.

We stayed two nights at Chris's, and it was ideal! The location is two minutes from the market square and overlooks the Neckerinsel. Chris himself was always available, and on the 1st floor there were many books about Tübingen and the surrounding area. If we could, we will definitely stay there again.
