Come in and feel good! The newly renovated apartment with terrace on the basement of a well-kept detached house is quietly located and only about an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn station (S4). (2 stops PH Ludwigsburg and 27 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station). Living and bedroom are bright and spacious and are currently still furnished. In addition, the kitchen is under construction and will be complete by the end of 2025. The entrance is separate into a small hallway or wardrobe.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights in July. Heiko’s place is close to the train station, Literature Archive, Museum of Modern Literature, the River, and Town Center. Marbach is quiet and charming and a destination for literary tourists! The patio in the apartment features beautiful views. As promised, the apartment is modern and clean. I hope to visit again!

Arrive, be amazed. Meet Birgit. A soul of a person. The whole house is just like that: with soul. In a word, the tree house apartment is: healing for everyday life. Birgit's welcome was so warm, open and sincere. You rarely experience that. Did me good. The apartment is a special place. We were able to switch off immediately, breathing became calmer, deeper. A weekend that will resonate for a long time. Birgit is always very easy to reach, in person or in writing. You can rely on them, that's just great. In the apartment there is everything you need. Birgit also provided us with a lot of filtered water, milk, coffee... a great selection of spices, vinegar, oil... Great! Thanks again for everything, we'll be back.

Had a wonderful time here. Stayed for almost a month while working at the archive nearby. It’s ideally located for work at the archive and also for exploring Marbach. Highly recommended.
