Holiday rentals with a patio in Marazion

Lynn was a warm and friendly host, always available if we needed anything or any local information. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything one could need for an enjoyable visit. There is lots to do and see in the Penzance area. We had a great time! Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay. Fantastic location. Very comfortable apartment and super comfy bed. Great to have the balcony with superb views of St Ives. Very close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. Overall very happy and I would definitely book again!! Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were very lucky to find a place to stay like Mark’s apartment.The place has a million dollar view of the Carbis Bay beach. My partner and I had to take turns to seat on the comfortable chair to absorb the views . We both couldn't get enough of the breath taking views. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. On our arrival, there were milk, coffee and tea available. Not forgetting the biscuits. There are three front beach restaurants and others places to eat not far from the accommodation. We loved everything about the place and location. We will definitely recommend it. We will definitely return to stay.

Nice apartment in Penryn, clean, spacey and quiet, there are several restaurants just a few minutes away. We enjoyed our time there!

We had a lovely break. The apartment is in a fantastic location with the most amazing view. We took our bikes with us and there was plenty of space round the side outside to store them. Everything inside was very clean. Would definitely stay again 😊

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Very peaceful with use of a section of the garden and a lovely conservatory looking out over it. Short walk to the Coast Path at Rinsey Cove. Short drive to the Lizard and also to Mousehole and the surrounding area. Great views from the bedroom. Appreciated the generous Welcome Pack. Kitchen well-equipped, although you might find it useful to bring a chopping board and kitchen scissors. Good selection of books to browse and read. Also good information on walks.

Our stay was too short. Penzance is such a lovely location. Plenty to do and see. Historic. Apartment very enjoyable to stay in. High ceilings. Light & airy. Stunning views of harbour and St Michael’s Mount in distance. Walking access not too good for anyone finds stairs or hills difficult. All appliances good quality and worked well. Owner friendly and accommodating. Bathroom excellent.

Wharf side was described to us by a local resident as a “hidden gem”. It’s in a slightly quirky location, on the second floor above a shopping centre. Very easy walking distance to just about everything in Penzance town centre. Access to the second floor is either by a lift or combination of escalator and lift. There are stairs if you’re feeling energetic. The lift and escalator don’t operate in the evening (or didn’t when we stayed) so we suggest you check on times in advance if you need them. Steven’s home is small town house on two floors, very well equipped and maintained and with a very cosy feel. It has everything you’d expect, all new or newish and in very good condition. Good size bedrooms and bathroom. We immediately felt at home. It’s very close to the harbour and local shops. It has an allocated parking space a couple of minutes walk away. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and thoroughly enjoyed a few days in Steven’s home.

We stayed 3 nights at Tara’s. Absolutely stunning property. Great location….10 minute walk into town and 12 mins to the supermarket. Property had everything you would want for a stay. Big shout out for the fab bathroom…the shower was amazing, and everything was spotless. Highly recommended. Thanks very much for everything Tara. 🙂

For us the location was perfect ( St Ives...Minack theatre...St Michael's mount...etc were within 30mins ), with a local pub 100yards away and every supermarket within a couple of miles what more do you need. For us we like a Cosy lived in vibe when choosing a place to stay...this was right up our street.

We had a fabulous stay at Parc an Praze, had absolutely everything you could imagine & slept 10 very comfortably. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms were stunning and the open plan kitchen/ living area was just perfect. The attention to detail in the house from decor to amenities was just spot on. Kitchen was so well equipped we loved cooking up a New Year’s Day roast and many other meals. The local beach is not to be missed, just beautiful! Would also recommend a trip to Porthcurno Beach which has the clearest waters I’ve ever seen in the UK. We also visited Lands End, Newquay, Kynance Cove & Mutton Cove in Godrevy, all just amazing & well worth a trip. Kynance Cove in particular is definitely not to be missed! All in all we couldn’t have wished for a better way to see out 2024. We hope to be back again soon. Thanks for everything Kathleen!!

A peaceful, beautifully furnished house. Tucked away on a quiet street in a scenic part of Cornwall. Even though it’s set back from busy areas, there are supermarkets in walking distance and the walk to the beach takes you through the local estuary and lots of nature, so it was very doable without a car. Laura sent clear instructions and was friendly and responsive. Travelling solo (and not the most confident traveller ever, with specific access needs and noise sensitivity) I felt at home, safe and comfortable. The house is also thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a stay, so felt akin to being at home.

Jenny was wonderful before and during our stay. Very responsive and friendly. Everything was clean and as described, would happily stay there again if in the area! Great location too 20-30 minute beautiful costal walk to st ives.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful house. Had everything we needed. So central, could walk to Jubilee pool, harbour and al shops. Lovely to run on promenade and out to St Michaels Mount. Rooms were big and airy and bathroom was modern with a great shower. Loads of games for the kids and adults . Lovely big dining room table to socialise around. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful. Our Kiwi side of the family absolutely loved it too. Will definitely book again if back in Penzance. 😊

What a great find, we had a lovely stay at Sunrise. This is the perfect place to stay to explore what south west Cornwall has to offer - less than 20 mins into st Ives meant we could go out for an evening walk on the beach. Also so many other places close by too. Also very close to a range of supermarkets so picking up some food was easy. The property was a great size for two people, with all of the amenities we needed. Didn't really notice that we were attached to the main house. It was very clean and very comfortable. Definitely worth mentioning too that Liz is a great host and was very helpful and communicative from the moment we booked. We could easily have stayed for a lot longer, and would gladly visit again.

We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

Just returned from our lovely stay in rebecca’s place which was exactly as described and more. Pristinely clean, the king size bed had a very comfortable mattress, the shower was powerful. The appt was well equipped and the instructions for everything were clear and understandable , lovely private garden space which is a sun trap.. the lounge area was comfortable and uncluttered . We needed to bring something to Rebecca’s attention after checking in and she responded within minutes fully equipped to amend the situation, a lovely apartment and Rebecca and Paul were great hosts, giving us great information about the area and all that is around. It was our first trip to Cornwall we will definitely be back to stay again. We loved it !!!
