We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

Ms. Ellen is an exceptional host who is always attentive and patiently responds to my inquiries and requests. Her politeness sets a high standard for kindness. The rate we received was ideal and within our budget. There are public transportation options available nearby, and it is very close to SM Southmall and various convenience stores. The water pressure in the accommodations is excellent, and we did not experience any interruptions in the water supply.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. Our whole family had such a great time staying at Home Along the E.K. for 2 nights and 3 days! The house is equipped with top-notch furniture & appliances which made our staycation both comfy & convenient. Plus, it’s just right beside Enchanted Kingdom, which was a huge bonus for us. The place is super clean too! The host is super friendly and easygoing - loved how flexible she is which made everything stress-free for us. Thank you, Ms. Eva! The property manager, Ate Nadine, is incredibly warm and just a message away whenever we needed anything, which made our stay worry-free. There’s honestly so much to do: board games, PS4, Netflix, and even karaoke, which kept things fun the whole time. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had. We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

My early check-in request was approved immediately by their team and checking in was a breeze. Huge space, perfect for a family trip or a couple date. SM Sta. Rosa is just a 3 minute walk from the place. Highly recommended!

The condo was at a great location, close to lots of restaurants and malls. Host was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. He made sure we were comfortable. Only downside were the rooms were a little smaller than expected. Definitely a bit cramped for more than 6 people.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

I booked this place for my mom and her partner, Andreas, and they absolutely loved how cozy and tidy the room was.
