Holiday rentals with a patio in Mar Casado Beach

It was exactly as planned and agreed! The host was super flexible and too good people, advised us and recommended places around the region, as well as being human about check-in and check-out, very transparent and very compliant.

Quiet place that fully matched the ad. After the reservation, communication with the host was very practical and assertive, including the flexibility I needed to check in and out. I really enjoyed the stay I had, we were 3 adults and 2 children, the apartment met our needs very well. It is certainly a place I intend to return to and I have already recommended it to several people.

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

Great Location, Apto. very nice...

Very cozy apartment, although small, we went as 4 people and it served us very well! The condominium is wonderful, we felt very comfortable, large pool, easy to schedule barbecue, everything perfect! We went to the beach on foot and it's not that far, we spent about 10 minutes, and it's a straight street. The apartment was very clean, and the host is attentive. I recommend it!

Apartment matches the photos, close to everything, clean and organized, I had everything I needed for a good stay, doormen always polite, very close to everything, I will come back more often.

We spent great days in the accommodation. It fully complied with the images and descriptions, the comfortable beds, pillows and super clean bedding. Great bath towels are also available! Kitchen complete with many items, super complete building and has a market on the next street that is very large as well, so it is very easy if you do not find something in the market located in the building. We will definitely return in a next opportunity.

Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer
