A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

Excellent! If you have children, I highly recommend it! Trampoline, games, swings, foosball, super couch and lots of games and amenities! Pietro is very kind and always available. We'd love to come back, we hope to!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

Grazie mile. It was a very beautiful Apartment and very clean. The train station is very close and it takes you only 20 minutes to travel to Rom. Jessica is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Very well maintained and decorated holiday home @45 mins drive from Rome. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, large shaded terras, airco in bedrooms. Recommended

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)

We had a fabulous short stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to the lake. Dragos was helpful and quick to respond to queries. The only disappointment was that there is a wonderful view from the terrace of the lake, but it is not possible to use it. We did ask, but apparently not.

Cozy and very fragrant house, with air conditioning, which is essential for the summer season, especially for sleeping. Large bathroom and very comfortable shower, very clean and super equipped. I recommend it! Thank you, we had a great time

What an amazing stay. The split level and multiple sofa bed options made it ideal for keeping kids separate. Additionally, the balcony setting provided the top atmosphere we have ever experienced in an Air bnb. St. Peter’s basilica in the background, the jovial night sounds from the square below, all made for amazing evenings in Rome. Centrally located and an easy walk to all the major sites, we were able to walk everywhere. The square adjacent to the building was perfect for every need from a lunch bite to a midnight gelato. Finally, Stefano was always responsive and extremely helpful to all of our needs. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Kerstin is a great host, super helpful, hospitable and very kind. His place is really formidable, very central, convenient to reach, free parking within walking distance. The light that floods the apartment and the tranquility of the area are magnificent. We want to leave now and spend another weekend in Tuscania. We'll be back soon 💜

A real corner of paradise! The garden, with attention to the smallest details, offers an atmosphere of absolute relaxation, while the whirlpool tub is a true gem. Everything is impeccably clean, and communication with the host has always been clear and courteous. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with great helpfulness and they carefully showed us every comfort of the house. In addition, we received valuable advice on local attractions, which made our stay even more special. If I could, I'd give it more than five stars!

lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Tiziana is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very nice, very clean and fully equipped. There is really EVERYTHING you need, including ingredients for dinner and breakfast, and products for home and personal care. You can see that everything has been carefully thought out and prepared. The sea is a ten-minute walk away, but the road is really quiet. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the apartment is very cool. The furnished terrace is the final gem. We dined outside every evening. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon!
