Apartment holiday rentals in Manuel Antonio

We wanted more adventure than an all inclusive. So I started looking on Airbnb. I was told to stay near Quepos. I'm so glad I found this great place! I didn't know when I was booking it that it also came with someone to help me make travel plans! Jordan was our travel concierge and he was fantastic. He booked us a wonderful driver from San Jose to the Airbnb. He also booked us excursions that picked us right up at the Airbnb. Everything about this stay was great, the location was very safe, we have 3 teenagers, they each had a separate bed. We walked most places but after a few days we also figured out how to take the bus to and from the beach. We walked to dinner, there are some really great spots very close by. The market nearby was very nice, we went there almost everyday. There also is an ATM close by. We had the maid come into our place daily to clean. She was fantastic too! This is a great place to stay while visiting Costa Rica!

We had such an incredible stay at Hazel's place! We were able to walk into town as well as restaurants that were close. We enjoyed the beautiful pool & private patio, squirrel monkeys, sloths, lizards, toads, toucans, macaws, etc that visited throughout the week while being surrounded by the breathtaking flora & fauna of Costa Rica. The king bed was comfortable & everything was so clean & tidy. Hazel was quick to respond & had plenty of information on things to do in the area. We cannot wait to come back!

What a great place and better host! Marcos apartment is about a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores and an easy 15 min drive to the national park. Marco and his family had plenty of tips and recommendations for our stay. We’d be happy to stay again if we find ourselves back in Quepos!

Spectacular gem!

The highlight of staying at John‘s place was the balcony view overlooking the bay. In the morning you’ll awaken to howler monkeys that sound like the zombie apocalypse coming, and you’ll see toucans flying around. A large iguana likes to send himself on the nearby roof.

This was a great place to stay, very comfortable our favorite part was the porch and the full kitchen! There is a restaurant next door but they close up early and even when they're open you can't really hear them if you’re inside. There’s a washerdryer in unit which if you’re bouncing around the country, as we did, this was a great luxury to end out your trip. The Concierge, Jordan, was a great help! He met us at the parking lot and showed us how to get into the gate and showed us around the unit and was very responsive. There’s great restaurant, beach, shop, and live music options within walking distance. We did have a problem on the morning we left, there was no water. It was bad timing because we couldn’t clean up the way we would have if we had running water. I texted early in the morning about it and got a responds immediately that unfortunately it just happens sometimes, but we were fine. Thank you, John, for a comfortable stay we enjoyed it so much!

Great hosts! They were extremely responsive and very helpful! The accomodation was great location and spacious! Highly recommend!!

this was easily my favorite place i’ve ever stayed in costa rica. the hosts were amazing and accommodating to whatever i needed. the condo was impeccably clean as comfortable! would recommend to anyone and i plan on going back many times!!!

Villa Capuchin Rainforest was an amazing place to stay. The House was very luxurious and super comfortable. We were amazed by the tranquility and sense of peace of this place. I highly recommend this villa. Fabian and John are great hosts and communicators. Luis Picado. Bozeman Montana.

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

Wonderful place, highly recommend

This airbnb is in such a wonderful location within Manuel Antonio. Very walkable to the towns restaurants and near by beach. The national park was a quick taxi or bus ride away. The Holis yoga studio is just around the corner on the main road, which was perfect and easy to walk to for morning classes before logging on to work. Mike was a very responsive and helpful host! The local property manager, Andreys, was also very helpful with arranging cleaning and laundry services, local recommendations and setting up a shuttle for airport return. Seeing the morning sunrise out the two large windows was serene. There are fruit trees right out front that the monkeys come to in the mornings and evenings, which never got old to watch day in and out. You can see macaws and toucans flying back and forth as well as. It was surreal to see all of the amazing wildlife in this area. I highly recommend this experience to anyone coming to Manuel Antonio.

Spectacular gem!

Loved this space for our Costa Rica trip. Very conveniently located. I saw monkeys and a toucan right outside of the unit. The instructions were very clear on where to park and how to find the unit.

AMAZING! If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. The place is even more magical in person. Super clean, everything exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single item that you need. The bed is super comfortable. The washer works great and he even had a bike for me to get around. The beach is literally a few steps away, and the pool is also more beautiful in person. The view to the backyard is magical, in the evenings it’s peaceful and during the day you’ll see monkeys, black squirrels, all kinds of birds and parrots!!! Honestly, the gardeners are so kind and respectful, they felt like family. I didn’t want to leave because it’s truly a magical place. Super simple to get around, and if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights. This is your place! Thanks Alex the place was beyond my expectation.

We had a four- week stay at Rhonda’s condo. It was neat and clean, the A/C works well, and condo had all the amenities you might need, plus many extras in the kitchen and bath ( fully stocked spices, extra towels, beach towels, hampers, coffee filters, everything you might want for cooking and kitchenware; full First Aid Kit, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, you name it). In short, we felt like we were actually staying in someone’s well- stocked home, not a sparsely appointed apartment with 4 mugs, 4 forks, 1 baking sheet. Plenty of space, washer/ dryer so useful and worked well; the outdoor space in back was a handy refuge to have; barbecued a lot of dinners. Condo is good value for money and it is not pristine- a few things inside and the back outdoor area need some attention. But absolutely great value for money and a friendly, always helpful host. Pool and outdoor common spaces amazing to have; the condo community was welcoming. We’d come back in a minute!

The ocean vista villa was amazing and if anything, even better than pictured. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and was ideally located near the center of Manuel Antonio but still peaceful and private. Josh was an excellent and very welcoming host, and Geralyn the concierge was incredibly helpful too. They made us feel right at home with many thoughtful touches. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

We liked our stay with Sylvia. The place is great located from Quepos downtown and Manuel Antonio. House is just like the pictures. It was clean and has everything for cooking. One of the bathroom has a leak but in general everything was good.

The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would recommend it and look forward to returning soon
