El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Está pensado para pasar el tiempo fuera de la habitación porque tiene espacios e iluminación externos bonitos. El aire acondicionado solo está en el cuarto principal, los otros dormitorios son con abanicos, en el estacionamiento teníamos 3 carros. El lugar es seguro, hay un restaurante muy cerca que estaba muy bueno. Hay chino o supermercado como a 1km bastante surtido. El host siempre estuvo atento y respondió en todo momento. Nos ayudó con varias dudas que teníamos del lugar y todas sus recomendaciones fueron muy buenas. La piscina muy buena, refrescante. Los baños y el lugar estaban bastante limpios. Las camas cómodas.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del súper y de panadería, tener en cuenta que el parqueo es afuera del lugar. Muy recomendable.

We were quite pleased with our stay here. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park is a short walk around the corner. The beach is also close by. We walked to the supermarket and local restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable there. We used the San Bada hotel location as the pickup for excursions, which worked well. Overall, we had a great experience. Johnny was always responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Loved our stay at Casa Blue Wind! The house is in a perfect location to enjoy a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Alexander was a great host and very helpful as well as flexible with check in/check out times. Highly recommended staying here.

La casa es muy cómoda, con todas las facilidades disponibles, lugar super tranquilo, cerca de todo lado, restaurantes, del parque Manuel Antonio, playa. La atención y disponibilidad de Fabian para atender nuestras necesidades fue simplemente increíble, donde ir, donde comer, etc. Una persona super amable y servicial.

Si vous cherchez un logement dans un endroit calme et isolé c’est l’endroit parfait au son des vagues et vue sur la mer sur une petite route de terre avec une magnifique piscine et une cours arrière vraiment chouette. Les chambres étaient très confortables et Jenny la manager de la maison est vraiment très gentille. Susan est très réactive au messages et flexible, nous avons vraiment eu une belle fin de séjour au CR :) Le resto Mar y sol recommandé par Susan était succulent. Attention les vagues 🌊 sont très fortes, donc plus difficile à se baigner avec les enfants. Mais Plage exceptionnelle pour prendre de longues marches, comme si on était seul au monde ! Le BBQ est très vieux et usé et donc nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. L’appartement était très confortable nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Des heures de plaisir dans la piscine :) Épicerie à environ 20 minutes de l’appartement. Situé à 1h de Manuel Antonio :) donc se fait très bien pour la visite d’une journée !

The home itself is lovely. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Marcos made it all easy Questions answered promptly. Late arrival and no problem. Best way to describe it: Felt like home while enjoying a weekend getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tucon Villa! Visited in April 2025 as a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The property is perfect for families or groups, with a great pool enjoyed by both kids and adults. The garden, full of fruit trees, added a peaceful, tropical vibe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—super convenient for multiple families—and the fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. The on-site washer and dryer were a huge plus. We also loved birdwatching right from the property! The location is ideal, just a short drive to Quepos and Manuel Antonio, offering both convenience and privacy. The only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions for first-time visitors. Overall, highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

Mandel was a very responsive host and dealt with any issues we had, minor or not, very quickly. The area was beautiful and the view from the bedrooms was breathtaking. We enjoyed the amenities and especially the pool. For us, a group of 4 couples, the rooms being in a seperate side from the main house worked very well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area felt very safe, lots of things were within walking distance. Thanks again Mandel!

We had read reviews about wildlife and hoped, but it didn't disappoint. Daily Scarlet Mackaws, heard howler monkeys twice, saw a white faced monkey trying to get a lizard in the yard, squirrel monkeys in the canopy, iguanas, tree frog at night, and neighborhood dogs would visit each night randomly. Our kids loved the wildlife from the pool and searching around the property and neighborhood hikes to look for more. Not mentioned in the post- there is a washer and dryer in the basement area, along with wifi, outdoor shower to get off sand, and several grills to use. There was a wonderful gift basket when we arrived with pineapple the kids loved, coffee (so thoughtful), and local snacks. The AC in the rooms and fans worked great. The front gate was a nice feature for security (and keeping our kids in honestly). Great home and great location. Only downsides were depleted silverware for house with six people and hand washing dishes. Thanks for the flexible arrival and departure!

Great place to stay! We loved the pool, and my daughter loved the cats, dogs and frogs we found about the property. If you need cribs request ahead of time. They need to be brought up to your apartment. But great place, hopefully we can come back again!

This vacation was with my mom, sisters family and my family. We had 5 kids and the pool was their favorite part. We had plenty of space to spread out. We didn’t even need to leave the house before we saw many monkey, toucan, Scarlett macaw and an active sloth that was there the entire week. This was paradise. David was phenomenal at responding and being flexible Our flight had changed so he allowed us to do a late check out. Yaneth was wonderful. She kept the home clean and made us the most wonderful breakfast. She went out of her way to teach me how to make her rice and beans and was patient when we wanted to practice our Spanish with her. We rented cars and that was very convenient. The beach was 5-10 mins away and there were so many wonderful restaurants near by. We hope we can come back someday. Thank you for sharing this house with our family!

Nice place, very modern, would recommend

We had an awesome stay here. Kimberly was the best host we’ve ever had. She was there at checkin to show us around; she recommended and scheduled tours we went on, came to the house once to drive my wife down to meet a shuttle and she quickly responded to all questions. We heard and saw birds and iguanas at the house. The house is not new, but very well cared for, with loads of space and some exquisite wood furnishings. It was in a good location and the pool was very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Muy buen lugar a pocos minutos del parque nacional Manuel Antonio. La propiedad de Tamara me pareció excelente: llena de árboles y vegetación, buenas vistas, se sentía como que estas dentro de la selva. Vimos tucanes, mapaches y monos cara blancas desde la terraza y sala. La casa es amplia y tiene muchas áreas de estar. La piscina era excelente. nos gustó mucho la sala de estar y la hamaca. la cocina muy equipada. Lo único es el calor que se siente en los cuartos. los ventiladores y las ventanas ayudan pero llegamos en el mero verano donde no había viento así que costo un poco conciliar sueño la primera noche. la segunda llovió así que refresco mucho. recomiendo 100% la casa de Tamara, es por si sola una experiencia y esta muy bien ubicada. gracias por todo!

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

This place did not disappoint! We stayed in the panoramic room with a beautiful ocean view. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Eva was extremely helpful and responsive making check in a breeze. She made suggestions of things to do and good restaurants to try. The highlight for me though, was the wildlife you could watch from the balcony. There were monkeys that would come onto the balcony and toucans hanging out in the trees. It made for great entertainment while having coffee in the morning. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home. Great amenities. we loved how peaceful and connected to wildlife and nature. We had a mama humming bird with her nest right outside our window. Lots of birds and other wildlife.

Superbe expérience dans cette hutte très bien équipée. La cuisine comporte tout le nécessaire, la douche (sans eau chaude) et les toilettes ont un accès par la terrasse. La piscine se trouve à 2 minutes à pieds accessible directement à partir du logement. Nous y avons vu des toucans aux alentours ! L’accès est assez difficile je conseille vivement d’y accéder grâce à un 4x4 à cause des 30 minutes de chemin jonché de trous et de pierres. L’emplacement en vaut la peine ! Magnifique lieu au milieu de la forêt tropicale, la terrasse est grande et la détente tout autant. Je recommande !

Carmen, tu casa es un lujo! Realmente un sitio en que pudimos descansar a totalidad Nos encantó cada detalle (café, azúcar, toallas extras) El baño una maravilla. Contaba con todo lo necesario para darse una ducha relajante

Super Unterkunft – genau wie auf den Bildern und absolut sauber! Der private Pool war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Walter, Andrew und Walters Tochter sind unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Egal ob Tipps zur Umgebung oder einfach nur ein nettes Gespräch – man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Walter wohnt mit seiner Familie gleich gegenüber, kam persönlich vorbei und hat uns sogar Melone geschenkt, als er hörte, dass wir zum Strand gehen. Auch Andrew hat uns vom Markt einen Kuchen mitgebracht. Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft mit wunderbaren Menschen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in Sharons toller Unterkunft um den Manuel Antonio Nationalpark zu besuchen. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit Baulärm, aber wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr gute Zeit. Sharon ist super lieb und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und in guter lage zum Nationalpark. Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne gefallen. Wer also die Natur liebt ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

The stay here was amazing and Anastasia was super helpful and responsive. We stayed for 9 days and she came in half way through to change towels bedding etc. the place was perfect with everything you needed and was in a good location walkable and right near the bus stop and supermarket. Was super clean and tidy and would recommend staying here!

Compared to the other properties in the area for the price, everything was perfect. I wish I had read a little more to know there was no a/c but it really wasn’t much of a problem. Lots of properties don’t have a/c in the area. It’s common. Thanks Tina!
