Beachfront holiday rentals in Manuel Antonio Beach

We were greeted by David and Penelope upon arrival with a warm welcome. We stayed on the ground level in the 2 bedroom suite with our own kitchenette however we received two wonderful meals per day with request. Our hosts were wonderful, informative, and accommodating arranging for a monkey tour through the Mangroves by boat and informed us of the tortuga release just down the beach from where we were staying so we could take the easy 5 minute walk to watch the release. Oh, speaking of the beach, it was amazing to have such an amazing expanse to walk wash day. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay with David and Penelope. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

This place did not disappoint! We stayed in the panoramic room with a beautiful ocean view. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Eva was extremely helpful and responsive making check in a breeze. She made suggestions of things to do and good restaurants to try. The highlight for me though, was the wildlife you could watch from the balcony. There were monkeys that would come onto the balcony and toucans hanging out in the trees. It made for great entertainment while having coffee in the morning. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay! We loved the pool, and my daughter loved the cats, dogs and frogs we found about the property. If you need cribs request ahead of time. They need to be brought up to your apartment. But great place, hopefully we can come back again!

We were quite pleased with our stay here. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park is a short walk around the corner. The beach is also close by. We walked to the supermarket and local restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable there. We used the San Bada hotel location as the pickup for excursions, which worked well. Overall, we had a great experience. Johnny was always responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Si vous cherchez un logement dans un endroit calme et isolé c’est l’endroit parfait au son des vagues et vue sur la mer sur une petite route de terre avec une magnifique piscine et une cours arrière vraiment chouette. Les chambres étaient très confortables et Jenny la manager de la maison est vraiment très gentille. Susan est très réactive au messages et flexible, nous avons vraiment eu une belle fin de séjour au CR :) Le resto Mar y sol recommandé par Susan était succulent. Attention les vagues 🌊 sont très fortes, donc plus difficile à se baigner avec les enfants. Mais Plage exceptionnelle pour prendre de longues marches, comme si on était seul au monde ! Le BBQ est très vieux et usé et donc nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. L’appartement était très confortable nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Des heures de plaisir dans la piscine :) Épicerie à environ 20 minutes de l’appartement. Situé à 1h de Manuel Antonio :) donc se fait très bien pour la visite d’une journée !

Great place with easy beach access but worth knowing that you will have to wade through waste deep water to access the beach. However, it was 100% worth it! Staff was great and they are very helpful and kind.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

This is a great place to be by the pacific on a beach that is underutilized. We were there for easter weekend when the whole country typically heads for the beach. Most of the time we were the only ones on the beach as it got into friday and saturady family groups came but it was never crowed. The house has a great outdoor grilling area and Debbie hooked us up with a local fishermen who sould us some redfich for about 2$/lb. All in all a pretty great experieince. If you're looking for a quiet beach this is the place.

This luxury villa exceeded all expectations! The house made our entire vacation, a 10 out of 10. Having Andrey as our concierge was so helpful and he was so attentive. The location is also perfect! We loved walking to Ronnie‘s place for dinner and sitting on the pool deck, gazing out on the Pacific Ocean. We will be back!

Nice & clean, 5 minute walk to a secluded beach that has more wildlife than the National Park... we are talking 3-4 sloths just chilling on the trees at the beach, not to mention the endless monkeys. The hotel itself is very relaxing and has all you need, portions in the restaurant are huge

This was a brilliant stay, perfect for our family and our planned holiday adventures. The rooms and all facilities were lovely, clean and we felt like at home. We even managed to spot quite a few National Park residents on the hotel grounds, including iguanas, lizards and capuchin monkeys! We had everything we needed and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rony helped us with arranging transfers and making adjustments where needed. Thank you so much to all who welcomed us!

Great location if you want to visit Manuel Antonio NP! It’s about a block away from the beach and restaurants & bars. The room & amenities were great & clean. Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was nice but pretty basic.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Lettika. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und nah am Strand. Die Mitarbeitenden sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wer es ruhig mag und keinen Trubel braucht, ist hier richtig. Ohne Auto ist es demnach schwer etwas zu unternehmen. In der Unterkunft selbst haben wir viele exotische Tiere gesehen (Faultiere, Kapuzineraffen, Tukan, etc.) Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful stay at Casita Alessandro, the property is beautiful with lots of wildlife and birds! Giovanni was extremely helpful and welcoming. The place was nice and clean, with extra towels if needed! We really enjoyed spending our time outside on the balcony. It is a walkable area, with a few restaurants nearby and a quick walk to the beach (although it is a bit of a hike down). There was some construction in the area, and there is a second Casita being built on the property, but the noise didn't bother us as it wasn't excessive. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand sowie zum Nationalpark, aber auch direkt an der Hauptstraße. Nachts war es ruhig, am Tag gab es viel Verkehr. Am Morgen konnten wir beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon die Affen beobachten, die sehr nah in den Bäumen ebenfalls nach Futter suchten. Wir hatten außerdem oft Besuch vom freundlichen Nachbarshund und der verschmusten Nachbarskatze. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hatte eine funktionsfähige Küche. Zudem war es sauber, wir konnten aber bei Bedarf selbst zwischendurch staubsaugen. Daniela ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Loved, loved, loved my time @ this property! Gorgeous views all around, private and peaceful, gorgeous beach just steps away and all around fabulous home!! Looking forward to bringing my family back to enjoy the serenity!

This welcoming, ocean view hotel suite was a great choice! Most notably was the service. Our host went out of his way to create comfort and care. He was responsive, helpful and even showed us local wildlife! The view and terrace is spectacular. We saw makaws, toucans, parrots, white faced capuchins, agouti, lizards, heard howler monkeys and many birds and humminbirds. The rooms stayed cool with the small unit and fan. The kitchen we decently stocked, however we would suggest making sure to have food staples with you if you are cooking. It is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the main beach, parking was usually plentiful and free. The beach was very pretty and not super crowded. We loved Emilo’s Cafe and Holis Spa.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pelos anfitriões que nos passaram os detalhes da casa. Alguns detalhes foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre nos responderam com gentileza e prontidão. Na segunda noite trancamos a porta com a chave dentro e Don José foi lá abrir a porta prontamente (ele mora há 25km de distância). O local fica a 1 minuto a pé da entrada do parque Manoel Antônio e a essa mesma distância da praia Espadilla. Tem restaurante, mercadinho, agências de passeio, bares, tudo ao alcance a pé. O ônibus para bem próximo de lá também. A casa é muito confortável, silênciosa , bem equipada e há muitos animais ao redor (veados, iguanas, macacos). Tem uma sacada bem legal pra tomar café e ouvir as ondas do mar bem cedinho. Recomendamos o lugar, sobretudo pela atenção dos anfitriões.

This is a great spot to listen to the beach through your bungalow windows, the area is not crowded, and it's like having your own beach. Very Clean and the grounds keepers were super friendly and tentative. José showed us where a sloth lives right on the property which was awesome too. Great little getaway spot.
