Spectacular views from a unique village house, built into the rock face. Perched in a peaceful mountain village, it's one of the sunniest locations in the area. Both the house and private garden have wonderful mountain views. The house is built into the rock and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Attention: L'entrée de l'immeuble est vétuste, sa rénovation est prévue et a commencé. Appartement de 28m2 dans un petit immeuble, parking gratuit (hors saison) devant l'entrée.
