I had a great stay at James’s place it was very peaceful and quiet. James was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. I love the setup I would definitely book again! Highly recommend to other guest!

Great space and loved the access to the gym. The only thing that may be an issue for taller people, is the shower head. I’m 5’1 so it was perfect but if you are taller the shower is very small and the shower head is very low. Over great decor and amenities.

This is a lovely space, very roomy, clean and convenient. The view from the kitchen is beautiful and it is a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. I booked it to explore Yosemite, which is about an hour and 15min or so to the entrance. It’s a beautiful drive, and there is also so much to explore in Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. The Gold Rush history of this area is fascinating to me, and this is a perfect basecamp for nature hikes and historical sightseeing. Michele is super helpful, responsive, and gave me excellent suggestions of things to do and even an ideal itinerary for my four days there. Highly recommend.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

Home is in a Suburban area there’s a park right infront of the house for kids to go play and to walk your dog Many amenities and great plazas to go shop nearby Easy access to the freeway for your daily commutes

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything needed to prepare meals and morning coffee. Each bedroom had a Roku TV, so the kids could watch their own thing in their rooms. Being able to do a load of laundry was great, as we had packed small carry-ons and needed to wash some clothes during our stay. This location was so much better than a hotel!

Perfect home to stay at in Modesto. The house was extremely clean and had everything you needed. So many thoughtful touches throughout. Jacilyn was easy to communicate with.

We really loved our visit at Adolfo and Stevie’s home. It was so relaxing and such a nice getaway. We really enjoyed the backyard and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to get a vacation like experience. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. 5+ Stars!

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. Loved the wraparound porch and inside decor. The furniture and style of the home made it look very modern and fancy. Plenty of bathroom for all the guest and especially enjoyed the neighborhood cats. I highly recommend others trying this spot especially if you like walking to near by restaurants and bars.

It’s a really nice place. Very close to Downtown SJ and SAP, has fast food places relatively close (walking distance). Enjoyed our stay to say the least.

Beautiful place to stay and spend wonderful time in the backyard, House is located closer to University and restaurants. Assigned parking spot is added advantage to this house. Enjoyed staying in this house.
