I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

Kathrin is a great hostess, with whom you lack nothing. Warm welcome, short introduction to the really beautiful and stylishly furnished apartment and even my own slippers! Chihuahua Gizmo, who sometimes visits, is probably the most relaxed and quiet Chihuahua in the world, a very fine little guy. The Friday night guests on Kathrin's terrace were also all super nice people, and during my stay I could switch between company and privacy at any time, depending on what I was in the mood for. I felt right at home. On my next visit to Mannheim, the first thing I will do is check if your room is available again. Thanks for the great weekend and hopefully see you soon! ♥️

Very clean, tidy and tidy. Individually furnished and equipped with high quality. Kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet location and large balcony out to the gardens. Good connection to public transport and shopping within walking distance. It didn't bother us, but if you need a TV in the living room, there's no one in the bedroom.

An absolute dream, not only because of the accommodation, but mainly because of the hostess! The communication was fast, warm and super straightforward. Every question was answered immediately, she had great tips for the area and was always available. Her hospitality has made the stay extra special. The place itself was just as perfect: sparkling clean, lovingly decorated, and everything you need. The location to the convention building is perfect, in 5 minutes walking you are there. We'll be happy to come back every time!

Anja and Peter were a super friendly couple who went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The entire stay was very warm, the breakfast offered very extensive and delicious. If all stays were like this one, I wouldn't do anything else except AirBnB.

Here you can still experience what made Airbnb stand out and excel in its early days... Gero is a super nice, open-minded and interested host who makes it easy for you to feel welcome and at home. Everything a traveler could need has been thought of. The bed is comfortable, it is very clean everywhere and there is a cozy balcony where you can linger wonderfully. The connection to the city is also great due to the nearby tram stop. Actually, everything is easily accessible on foot. Supermarket around the corner I can recommend everyone to stay here without hesitation and I am already looking forward to my next stay here! Thank you very much and see you soon!
