This stunning, brand new, and fully furnished you will be hard-pressed to find anything of this caliber on Manitoulin Island. The boathouse features vaulted ceilings and high end amenities. You literally cannot get any closer to the water - you are overhanging it! Worth Noting: The wifi is not strong here. We keep it for out-of-country guests who do not have their own plan.

Mindemoya Lakefront Gem!

Christopher’s place is absolutely beautiful. Overlooking Mindemoya Lake, it’s nestled among tall trees and a serene landscape. The entire family are great hosts—very warm and helpful. Aside from the regular hosting essentials, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Greg was especially kind in teaching us how to start a fire for the fire pit, even providing some of their own firewood and fire-starting equipment. They also shared some excellent local recommendations and Sandra gifted our group a lovely children’s book written by Christopher’s wife, which was a thoughtful touch for the kids. One of the unexpected highlights was how incredible the place was at night—perfect for stargazing and astral photography. With minimal light pollution and a clear view of the sky, captured some unforgettable night shots and spent hours just watching the stars. I highly recommend their place as the first one to check if you’re planning a trip to Manitoulin Island.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We had such a lovely time at this beautiful Airbnb on Manitoulin Island. The home was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful! The location is peaceful, scenic and very central to explore the island. I booked Diane's Airbnb for a crew of my workers. It is a beautiful place, with a lot of space for multiple people, many different accommodations, and overall a clean, neat, and organized space. This was located near our work site which was ideal, but Diane made the experience so much better. She is very kind, responsive, and willing to help which was a huge benefit since I wasn't physically there with my crew. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay with Diane and communicate with her about any questions, comments, or concerns you may have because she is beyond willing to help you and make you feel more comfortable. I rate this experience 11/10!!

This air bnb was so amazing I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s super clean which is such a plus when staying in an air bnb. They also thought of all the little details. There was sunscreen in the bathrooms, bug spray in the living room, extra chairs, wood and kindling by the fire pit. Don’t even get me started on the location. Absolutely gorgeous. The views are amazing and the water is so nice. If you’re able to, get the loft. It’s beautiful and has another bathroom and full kitchen. If you’re thinking if you should stay here, you should. It’s worth the drive up north questions asked. Thank you for having us!
