PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Easy lake access is walking distance and all terrain vehicle lake access less than a minute drive away.

Fully equipped/furnished cabin, including wifi/satellite TV, all you have to bring is your personal effects. Simple and basic style. It is peaceful and surrounded by wildlife. The owners house and one other cabin is on the property. The cabin is in a rural area, but not secluded. Overall laid back atmosphere in a little piece of paradise.

This quiet place on the farm will give you the sights and smells of country life. Sit around the campfire and savor the night experience. If too many mosquitoes find you, then enjoy the comfort of the screened verandah. We are just half hour from parks that have swimming, hiking trails and more to explore.

Relax at this stunning country home. The home features neutral decor, vaulted ceilings, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is plenty of room to relax in this airy, modern space. The property includes a lovely outdoor seating area with a BBQ and play area. The home is located 5 minutes from Birds Hill Provincial Park on a quiet country road. Although restaurants and shops are only a 5 minute drive away , the area is peaceful and serene.

A quiet farmyard. It is situated half mile North of Neubergthal-a national Heritage site. The Red Granary was a building used for storing grain, and it was red and it had green doors. It is an original style from the early 1900’s We live on the same farmyard with 3 dogs and farm animals. But we each have our own space. Whether a guest wants to interact or wants privacy, both are easily attainable and respected. You MUST register your dog as a guest.
