The apartment is 3 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake. There is a big terrace on the third floor which offers a stunning view of İzmir Bay. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square. From Konak square you reach all public transportation like ferry, metro, bus.
