Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Heroes, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and metro station, and it is 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. It is a modern designed and stylish apartment where the building and all the items are brand new. The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

Entire Greek House Pergamon-Terrace/Bachmanns Haus

In the historical Bergama Kale District, the entire Bergama can be seen from the terrace of the house, which has 3 floors, high ceilings, 4 rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 hall. The whole house is rented, no other guests are allowed. It is the house where the architect/historian Martin Bachmann,who worked in the Bergama excavation, lived with his family. In summer, guests can relax indoors or on the terrace, inside the house with its fireplace and A/C. The local texture of the house has been preserved.

Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. Olive Farm- the only house in the 50 acre garden

We are within 50 acres of land, which is 10 minutes away from Izmir airport. We have an olive grove in the front and an orchard and fields in the back. We have a stone oven and a stone bar outside and a fireplace inside. You can make music with the professional sound system until the music ban time around the country begins. Once the ban time starts, you can also continue to make music with a home speaker. There is a grocery store,hospital, pharmacy,restaurant nearby.

Our freshly designed japanese style residence is located right on the street of Cypriot Martyrs (KIBRIS ŞEHİTLERİ CADDESİ), the most touristically active area in our beautiful city. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, markets and various shops, this is the ideal location for a comfortable family vacation. The building has an elevator, a feature rarely found in buildings in the area, which means you won't have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We open the doors of our house, which we have built with care, for our guests that we have not yet met. The villa has a total of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, (1 parent) and 1 living room. The pool and garden maintenance is regularly done by an employee. (As long as guests are located in the villa, maintenance periods can be arranged according to their availability) There are items we use in person throughout the house and are available to guests.
