The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We would like to thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were very happy! The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

My friends and I had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly kind, and the villa was very clean and well-maintained. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

Both Ms. Ebru and Mr. Zafer were great hosts. 🙏🏼 The location of the house is magnificent, Seferihisar is 3 minutes away, Sığacık is 6 minutes away. There are many markets a few minutes away. The neighbors are very friendly. The house was clean, the cold drinks left in the fridge for us, the snacks prepared for my children were very stylish. The rooms and furniture were sufficient. We have preferred such houses for holidays for years. But for the first time, we realized that we adopted it as our own home. Thanks to Mr. Zafer, Seferihisar will now be our second home. 😊

We stayed for 1 week in June 2024, but we didn't have the opportunity to leave a comment. It was the second time because we liked it so much, but this time we stayed longer. The views from the house are truly spectacular The interior of the house is simple and very tastefully furnished. Also the house has everything you could need and they thought of everything to make you comfortable. Ms. Esra is a very polite, attentive and understanding host. We can definitely stay again next year.

Mr. Birol and Ms. Firdevs did their best to make our vacation go well before we even got home. Since we stayed more than 2 people, they provided us with an extra foldable bed, guided us in Dalyan the day we checked in and out, and even left us by car to our destination. At the same time, the house is also a good accommodation option around Dalyan with its pool, garden and cozy rooms. We thank the hosts again and would definitely recommend this house to those who want to vacation in the area.

First of all, I should say that I communicate very easily with Mr. Sercan, I found a quick and supportive attitude about everything, thank you. The house is like a corner of heaven, I think. If you want to be isolated from life with friends or family and rest your head for a while and return to your self this is the place to be. The house was very clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms, seating areas and the pool were really perfectly clean. I just need to mention that some of the kitchen utensils were dusty but I can't say dirty. It didn't bother us thinking that the kitchen was too big and there was a lot of stuff that some items hadn't been used in a while and could get dusty. In summary, we had a very nice weekend, we recommend it to everyone, thank you to the hosts.

The house is on a hill, but we didn't have any problems when we left by car. We had a little difficulty finding it because the navigation could not provide a pinpoint location, but we had no problems after the host informed us. The house was tidy, clean, spacious and beautiful as shown in the photos. The equipment in the house was also complete. We didn't need anything. The beds were comfortable, only the pillows could have been a little softer. It is located in a quiet, calm, nice and relaxing area. It is a very good place for those seeking peace. It is a 10-minute drive to the beach, the port. Karaburun center can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Since there is no shopping opportunity in the village, the needs can be met from the center or the port area. In general, it was nice and relaxing. Thanks

Just checked out of this place and had to share how absolutely fantastic it was. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the main street but tucked away at the quietest end, so you get all the convenience of being close to bars, restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying peace and quiet at night. The home itself is stunning—clearly not just an Airbnb, but a thoughtfully designed and beautifully renovated space that feels like a true home. The kitchen is outstanding and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the overall design is just so chic and stylish. And we can’t forget the incredible outdoor area—it’s private, super atmospheric, and made for perfect evenings. This home made our stay so special and memorable. Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Gizem and her family for their warm welcome and sincere conversations accompanied by tea and coffee. Ms. Gizem contacted us from the moment the reservation was confirmed and stated that she was ready to help with everything 24/7. She helped us with the check-in time, which was very important for us. When we came home, it was much more beautiful than it looked in the photos. From the moment we entered the door, I loved the cleanliness, tidiness, I loved the decoration... It is on a very pleasant, very peaceful and quiet street, but close enough to the center and the sea to walk. I can also say that it is the safest place I have ever stayed. It met all my expectations. Those who are sensitive about cleanliness and tidiness like me can choose it without hesitation. We left with good memories. It has a parking lot. Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

We stayed at the Villa for over two weeks. The private beach is peaceful and beautiful, and George has set up a pathway clear of sea urchins to get inside (sea shoes still recommended). There are tons of other beaches, as well as great restaurants, a short drive away. George has also given us many recommendations, each better than the last. The well equipped kitchen and grill allow to make great home cooked meals as well if you want to just stay and relax in the balcony and beach. George has helped us promptly when we had problems (like accidentally locking ourselves out of the villa), and was very responsive.
