Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Manhattan

Neil & Jena's house was excellent. I liked all the nice touches in the house including the furniture. I had some work to take care of in the weekend and the work chair and the table worked out great. Mattress was quite comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and there is parking available in front of the house. It is fairly close to the city center.

Very nice place to stay when visiting Manhattan. While we weren't in the airbnb much during the day, it was great to come to after a long day and get a good nights rest. Much more relaxing than a hotel! I absolutely loved how peaceful the outside area is! Jennifir is a wonderful host that was always in communication with us during our stay and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely look to stay here if we visit Manhattan again! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay for our son’s graduation weekend. The family felt right at home and the lovely backyard accommodated a small family gathering of about 20 with no problem. The home was comfortable, spacious and had great mattresses. Will definitely book this home again in the future.

My adult children and grandchildren arrived prior to my husband and I. they had all the sleeping arrangements picked out for everyone and gave me a tour. the A-frame was spectacular upon entering the kitchen went on for what seemed a mile, beautiful, white, marble kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. and the deck beyond the family room. the three tweens slept upstairs it was perfect for them and they loved it. we slept on the main floor, perfect! my daughter and son-in-law on the lower level along with my other daughter on the pull-up sofa. we were all very comfortable and happy with the arrangements. we went to the beach one day. the kids went hiking around the house with the metal detector one day and then it rained. we went to Pillsbury something with a waterfall and goofed around for a while. came home and ate and watched amazing sunsets. had a glow stick/necklace party on the deck after dark, then it stormed. played the game Life for 3 eves in a row, I think Emmy won

Judine was a gracious and caring host, it is obvious how much she cares about your comfort and feeling welcome at the Houston Cottage. We were under a wind advisory and she made sure to let us know how to take shelter if needed. The house is well appointed and spotless. So comfy! The rooms are larger than I expected! The beds and linens are very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place for larger groups, my family loved it

Nice home to stay, plenty of space with beds galore. Definitely worth the price for the size of the home. And loved the carport for covered parking for 1 vehicle. Would recommend to anyone visiting Manhattan with larger party or with large families needing multiple levels. Loved the separation and multiple living areas for families with babies vs. those without — thank you!

Great way for my adult children to get together for graduation. This place was clean, comfort, close, quiet and peaceful with a playground for my granddaughters. Easy walk across the street to graduation! Thank you for a great stay 😊

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! We came to town for a wedding and a lot of the wedding party rented air bnb’s and ours was no comparison! It was beyond the best out of any other option!! Freyja was so kind and responsive anytime we reached out. The space was beautiful and extremely clean! The neighborhood is quiet and very very close to things to do and places to eat! We 100% recommend!

The house has been thoughtfully reimagined and modernized while still honoring its original charm — the beautiful woodwork, tall ceilings, and vintage touches like the gorgeous clawfoot tub made it feel like stepping into a storybook, with all the modern comforts you could imagine. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided — a fully equipped kitchen, plush bedding, fast Wi-Fi, quality toiletries, and even small details that showed just how much care the hosts put into the space. The balcony quickly became my favorite spot, offering peaceful views of City Park — the perfect place to start the day with coffee or unwind in the evening. The hosts were truly exceptional — warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. This home is a rare gem — if it's available, don’t hesitate — book it!

So happy that I found Suzy's place! It was centrally located, easy to get in and out of with the alley access, and very quiet. You can't even tell that it is a basement that's how quiet it was! I look forward to staying here again when I come back to Manhattan.

The Rooster was a great little Air B&B and was perfect for my needs. The instructions to get in were clear and the place was clean when I arrived. The host’s extra touches like a few bottles of water in the fridge and a snack basket were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely look for this place the next time I’m planning a trip to Manhattan! Thanks for a great stay!

Obviously, the location is perfect for K-State sports. Quiet, comfortable, convenient, and safe. But don't wait for a game to use this space. There is so much to do in Manhattan year-round.

Great location close to stadium and field house.

Great stay. We were attending a camp at Kansas State and the condo was literally across the street. It was just what we were looking for!

This little downtown apartment is so convenient to Manhattan's downtown restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place. Our kids really appreciated the snack basket and enjoyed getting to swim at the pool. Wonderful location!

What a charming unit!! We had six adults staying here and we did not feel cramped in the least bit. Everyone had their own bed. The living room is spacious. The unit was well lit and secure. Justin had amazing communication. We will definitely be booking this unit again next year!
