Absolutely beautiful home and very peaceful surroundings. We truly felt “at home” staying here the past few nights as we get situated with our move to Kansas. Kathy was also super understanding and flexible with our check-in time requirement and adjusted for us without an issue. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay when visiting Manhattan. While we weren't in the airbnb much during the day, it was great to come to after a long day and get a good nights rest. Much more relaxing than a hotel! I absolutely loved how peaceful the outside area is! Jennifir is a wonderful host that was always in communication with us during our stay and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely look to stay here if we visit Manhattan again! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

What a perfect mid winter break! When the host decorates exactly like me…even down to the homemade essential oil cleaner…I felt right at home! 😀We are already planning a spring trip back to enjoy the outdoors! It was perfect. ☀️

Older home but beautiful. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location between the venue and Aggieville.

I’m putting this listing in my travel book. The house was very clean. The backyard was amazing for relaxing and unwinding . Considering how close you are to a university it was quiet. There was more than enough room for 5 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated that the host had basic cleaning supplies and laundry supplies ( detergent, stain remover. Dryer sheets) available if needed. Was very appreciative that informed me of my meds and bag of shoes I accidentally left behind. We were already back in Arkansas. When it was noticed. They offered to mail to us and we pay shipping, but luckily are son is station in Kansas and they were nice enough to help us arrange how he could go back and pick up for us. Saved us both so trouble. The pictures don’t do justice for this house. It’s so much cuter in person . You will not be disappointed with your stay here. The host was very kind and pleasant with his messages.

Judine was a gracious and caring host, it is obvious how much she cares about your comfort and feeling welcome at the Houston Cottage. We were under a wind advisory and she made sure to let us know how to take shelter if needed. The house is well appointed and spotless. So comfy! The rooms are larger than I expected! The beds and linens are very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfy place to stay in a friendly and quiet Manhattan neighborhood. Loved the huge windows and natural light. I would definitely book this place again.

The building is old, but the space is super clean, extremely comfy mattress and updated bed frame, clean bathroom and good shower pressure. Best part, walking distance to Aggieville. If you need a clean place to rest your head while visiting your favorite college student, consider this place!

Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend for all. Clean and quiet works for me. The only thing missing was the morning coffee, breakfast, and conversation that I enjoyed at other locations. Amanda doesn’t provide that so there was no surprise or dissatisfaction. I would definitely stay at Amanda’s location again. 😁

The Rooster was a great little Air B&B and was perfect for my needs. The instructions to get in were clear and the place was clean when I arrived. The host’s extra touches like a few bottles of water in the fridge and a snack basket were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely look for this place the next time I’m planning a trip to Manhattan! Thanks for a great stay!

Obviously, the location is perfect for K-State sports. Quiet, comfortable, convenient, and safe. But don't wait for a game to use this space. There is so much to do in Manhattan year-round.

Jenna’s place is fantastic!! Jenna was super helpful, always immediately responsive, and her place is LOVELY!! It’s just like the pictures, across the street from the stadium and Via Christi hospital. Definitely recommend!

Great stay. We were attending a camp at Kansas State and the condo was literally across the street. It was just what we were looking for!

Charming studio in a beautiful historic neighborhood! The space was cozy, well designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Loved being surrounded by the character and charm of the area a perfect spot for anyone looking to experience a bit of local history with modern comfort

Enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place. Our kids really appreciated the snack basket and enjoyed getting to swim at the pool. Wonderful location!

What a charming unit!! We had six adults staying here and we did not feel cramped in the least bit. Everyone had their own bed. The living room is spacious. The unit was well lit and secure. Justin had amazing communication. We will definitely be booking this unit again next year!
