Very convenient and good location..few meters from riverside where we took a morning walk. 5 minutes walk along the river to town to have coffee. House is a bit dated but all the basic amenities is there and it's very clean. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a separate bathroom. we like that there is a second shower and toilet downstairs. We did use the bbq stove. Good value. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a lovely quiet retreat. Front balcony was lovely in the evening for a cold beverage and snacks. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for walking to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. As it was only the two of us we found it super comfy.

Nice clean unit! Has everything you need. Close to ocean and iga and shops! Would stay again.

The place was much bigger than I expected. It was newly decorated and very clean and modern. The only issues i had was locating the post box where the key was as its at the side of the building as you go through the gate. There was two gates so took a few looks arounds. This may have been my issue as I had just driven 3 hours. Overall the places was amazing.

Clare made it very easy for us to stay We from busso and we needed something quick for work stint. Clare was very quick to respond to texts as well

We had a lovely 2 night stay with our grandson. The villa was gorgeous . Very clean and had everything you could ever need. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Iris was a great host and kept in contact with us to ensure all was well. We loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the beach. Would highly recommend.

Michelle and her team were fantastic and eager to assist in every way. The Villa was excellent and very modern and very fresh with every amenity and all the requirements one would ask for. Easy gated parking and a short walk to the beach and all local amenities such as restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were very pleasant and polite and always helpful. The standout was Michelle who made everything very enjoyable and this is a go to location for us from now on. The owners of the Villa should be very proud of the presentation and quality of their property...fantastic.

Great two bedroom apartment, as described, very clean. The complex although not new it is very well maintained, the pool, bbq area, tennis court and shared areas are all very neat and cleaned daily. Very close proximity to beach and central Mandurah area, only couple of minutes drive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jamie.

We stayed at Grace’s apartment in Mandurah for three nights and absolutely loved it. The views from the balcony were stunning, watching dolphins play around the boats was such a special experience. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, it’s a peaceful, scenic spot that made our trip truly memorable.

Everything about the stay was great. Good location, easy to find. Kids had a great time. Would highly recommend to anyome looking for a low cost getaway. Communication was also excellent. Very happy.

We had a lovely stay at Lisa and Niccolo’s beautiful apartment over the Easter break. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was great to be on the water where we could dock the boat at the jetty so close to the back door! The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and spa, and the shops nearby are very handy for groceries (IGA) and a coffee at the bakery. I booked this place right before new years and I picked the perfect place. To see the fireworks was just a 6 minute walk from the apartment. A short 10 minute walk over the public walking bridge was local restaurants right over the water, amazing views, great atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Living space was good and comfortable. We had a complementary snack basket as we entered aswell. The bathroom was clean and good sized. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. This location was so quiet, the only time we heard anyone (our neighbour) was when they entered the hallway and we heard the door close. If I was to stay in halls head again I would book this place, so quiet and so convenient.

Paul was an awesome host who communicated well - responsive and courteous. Paul's place was neat and clean. It was adequate for our group of 4 people. Check-in and -out were a breeze. Both bedrooms are on the third level. May not be suitable to those who can't navigate stairs.

Great place to stay, was clean and quiet surroundings. The house is well maintained and there was more than enough bedding if you required.

It was a lovely place to stay for short term. Very quiet during the week, pool and hot tub great. Wee ducks visiting us each morning. Saw a stingray first day and Dolphins dancing/flipping one day. Close to everything and within walking distance. Amazing competitions with skate boarders. Lovely restaurants close by. The crab fest was wonderful along with Saint patty’s day. The area around the complex was maculate each and every day. The BBQS, pool, hot tub, grounds, constantly cleaned. Lots of pool chairs with canal views. Friendly maintenance staff doing a terrific job. The only minor concern if you stay for a long period of time you must purchase your own supplies. They do make that known but we assumed when you stay 15 days they would increase the supplies. It is a self manage apartment. Loved having a washer and dryer shared with people upstairs. They supply the soap as well. Limited room to unpack clothes but we really enjoyed our stay plus they allowed an extended check out.
