Villa holiday rentals in Mandeville

A lovely place with boutique artsy quirks that we assume is Sarah’s artist on display. Loved the floors, felt like walking on the beach at Jurassic Coast. The pool was great. The oxtail dinner was fantastic. Great location, can walk to Jake’s. Had a great time. Did we mention Lulu?

WOW! Sarah’s place is absolutely phenomenal. We stayed with two couples and two young babies (4 months and 10 months). Sarah has designed the space in the villa really impeccably - there are lots of shared spaces, both indoor and outdoor, in the sun and under shade; the pool is refreshing and well sized, the table for dinner is amazing! As for private areas - both bedrooms are really big, they both have balconies but they aren’t adjoining, and the bathrooms are really large with great showers. Of course, one of the best parts of our stay was Latoya and her cooking, which was honestly better than any local restaurants. We had a different breakfast and dinner every day, and she catered for different dietary requirements and even a baby! Sarah was always on hand to help us out, providing extra help with the babies, giving us local advice and checking in on us to make sure we were having a wonderful stay (we were). Thanks to all - we loved our stay and would love to come back!

My only reservation about leaving Tiffany and her place a glowing review is it may be harder to book in the future ;-) Her place is excellent and the perfect location for a few days in Treasure Beach. A beautiful, comfortable home with everything needed to stay cool on those hot JA days. AC and Wifi work very well. Two lovely bathrooms, very comfortable sleeping accommodations, a kitchen that contains all one would need and a short walk to everything Treasure Beach has to offer. Combine all these qualities with a one of a kind, private rooftop, and you have a place that is difficult to improve upon. Tiffany is kind, personable, and an all around wonderful host. I would highly recommend her place for a stay, but only after I re-book it first! Thanks for everything!

Lyric is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and I had the most relaxing time and we ate so good! We have a Jamaican background but when Polly made all the classics they were like 10 times better. It is also a very private and peaceful community which is exactly what we needed. Don’t second guess it just book! However, if you are looking for more main attractions/Jamaican city life its a pretty far drive.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The host was very responsive, the property was clean and truly felt like a home for us. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property!!!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Only Villa! The villa was beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The view from the villa and the sunset was stunning and the proximity to the beach made it more special. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff, Shan and Jeremy, made our stay memorable. They were attentive and quick to respond to any questions, need or concerns. We highly recommend Only Villa to everyone and look forward to another visit in the near future.

Jannae and Travis were great hosts. Quick response to queries. Their home is amazing. It really felt like a home from home. The house has all the amenities you will need. Lovely garden. My children and I felt safe and secure. The smart lock was great, we never had to remember our keys when going out. The pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts were within walking distance. The views are amazing!!! I didnt want to leave. We will be booking with Jannae and Travis again. Thank you both for having such an amazing space.

I travel to Ochi almost every 2 months. I enjoy being in town, but at times when travel plans are more for work or family time, Drax Hall is the perfect fit. Mr. Paul's place was very clean and accommodating to our needs. My husbad loves to cook so having a full kitchen with a pressure cooker was a great bonus. I will definitely keep it in my favorites. Thank you Mr. Paul.

Sharon and her team were amazing hosts. From start to finish they were incredibly responsive and so very helpful with anything I needed. Audrey is a gifted chef and you won’t find a better meal elsewhere. She’s the best! We felt safe and right at home. The drive from Montego Bay is ROUGH. If you’re not up for an adventure, take their suggestion and get a driver to pick you up. Special thanks to Rebecca, Audrey, McCarl and Novia for making our trip extra special.

Treasure Beach holds a special place in our hearts for many reasons, and Calabash House is one! We love how peaceful and beautiful the surroundings are, how kind the people of TB are, and just the overall vibe of the house and it’s location. Denzil and Ronique took such good care of our family. Checking in daily, providing groceries upon arrival, and even taking us to the Lobster Pot for dinner! Sharyn is very responsive and throughly answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough about how magical our time at Calabash House was. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you so much!

Truly a wonderful place for a family vacation! The location is spectacular, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the crashing sea. The house is lovely and kept immaculately clean. Excellent swimming beaches within a five minute walk. But most of all, the team that cares for you at Pelican Point is just the best. Porsha is a wonderful cook and a wonderful human; we loved her food and getting to know her and the rest of her team. Shorty takes immaculate care of the grounds and always offers an uplifting smile. And the Treasure Tours team that manages the house and helps with activities couldn’t be more accommodating. I highly recommend both this house and Treasure Beach in general to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, fun place to vacation that is off the beaten path and away from the masses of resorts and vacationers. It’s as lovely a community as everyone says and a real joy to have been part of for one short but fantastic week!

I stayed at Belfont for my birthday weekend with friends and absolutely loved it. Although we had a small hiccup with the power, our host Anthony was incredibly proactive and got everything sorted quickly. The layout and decor of the house were stunning, and the peaceful, scenic surroundings made for the perfect relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to unwind in style. Joshua was a great host, from booking to check out. Answered my million and one questions very promptly.. We were a family of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids, and accommodations were satisfactory. We went with private chef for 2 breakfast mornings and one dinner…and let me tell you, Chef Keros is a 5 star chef! Peaceful and private. Would definitely book another stay!

This is one of the most beautiful villas that I have ever stayed in, the host Lorraine and Mary were always responsive to my questions. The pictures do this villa no justice, and lets talk about the house staff, princess is the utmost best, she is the chef and makes the best of everything in food, she is so friendly and always willing to make our stay a great one, Richie is also a gem he is very helpful, they both are a wonderful addition to this house. Please do not hesitate to book this villa as you would not be disappointed

Melissa and Nathan were great hosts. The staff was incredible and the chef prepared meals were incredible. Our family had multiple dietary restrictions and Miss Dianna handled them all and never compromised on taste. As described it’s a few steps from the beach and the grounds are beautiful.

Upful is a beautiful villa and Deika was a fantastic host. We live in Jamaica but love to vacation in Treasure Beach, it's such a relaxing place to be. Walk to breakfast, sit on the sand and absorb the sun or just on the patio of your villa and allow the breeze to sooth you to sleep - which is what we did. If you plan to be in the area, consider Upful, you won't regret it.

My stay was peaceful, pleasant, and felt very much like home. It provided exactly what I needed for the two days I was there. Mr. Virgo was exceptionally accommodating. He personally ensured a smooth check-in, walked me through the process, and was consistently accessible throughout my stay. I truly appreciated this, especially as I arrived late due to work commitments and was quite exhausted. His patience and personal touch made a significant difference and is truly commendable.

This is a gorgeous property that is close to the beach, quiet, and relaxing. Nadine and Barry were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating! I highly recommend the chef who made absolutely delicious local dishes. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Palm BlossomJA exceeded our expectations - it was perfect for us and we loved the pool. Franklin was a warm and friendly host and Ocho Rios is a great location with lots to do. A wonderful experience for our visit to Jamaica.

5/5 stars! We had an amazing stay. The space was clean and cozy, Cadian was an exceptional host - communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We love the extra touches such as travel toiletries they came in handy! The apartment was exactly as described, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

This place is better in person, the host is amazing and very responsive. You will be doing yourself a big favor, just book here. We definitely be going back.

This was my 5th Airbnb & I have to honestly say this is top 1! The place was very clean , I love that all the appliances in the kitchen were up to date & working great. The bathroom was clean & theres hot water. The view from all the way up top was breath taking! Mr. Orette was a great help! He checked on us & made sure we were always good & comfortable, he gave us coconuts & bananas, yum!! Stina was very responsive & always made sure we were good. The pool was also warm & nice. I honestly dont have anything negative to say about this place! 10/10 I definitely will be back in a few months.
