I was pleasantly surprised with the location and how clean and organized the home was. The location has everything you would want minus food in the fridge 😂. Robert was very professional, friendly and proactive. I would recommend the location.

I enjoyed my stay. I had to go in a little earlier than check in time but he accommodated me. If I had any questions, he was quick to respond. The AC was very cool so if you are worried about being hot, you will not be. I will definitely rent it again. Thank you for having me.

We had an incredible stay!!! Stunning place!! Beautiful and quiet! Felt safe and right at home. Upon arrival the home was spotless clean and easy check in instructions. Looked exactly like the pictures but even better in person. From the security, cleanliness and quick responses from host, this place will NOT disappoint you. The house has everything you need! The home is located in a gated community with walking distance to KFC, Devon house Ice cream 😋, juici patties 😋 supermarket, knutsford express and other restaurants. Swimming pool clean and nice. Ms. Kathleen and house manager were so nice, and SUPER responsive and proactive! I not only highly recommend this place but I would absolutely come back the next time I’m in Jamaica.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Joel was incredibly accommodating and responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The Airbnb was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again!

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

Sanjae is a SUPER SUPER HOST. He was very responsive, every hour of the day, addressing our every need. The property was as described. We were very at home and the community is very peaceful and tranquil, allowing utmost relaxation. It was a very good holiday.

Die Unterkunft hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, nach einem kurzen Fuß Weg hat man das Meer erreicht , der Fluss ist direkt 10m vom Balkon entfernt. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit Erreichbar. Hier in der Nähe sind auch mehrere Attraktionen die man besuchen kann. Hier macht man aufjedenfall nichts falsch. Top!

My husband and I both loved our stay Vaughn was very respectful and always replied back when we reached out to him not only was Vaughn very helpful the groundskeeper Deno was very helpful as well we will be coming back soon! This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Only Villa! The villa was beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The view from the villa and the sunset was stunning and the proximity to the beach made it more special. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff, Shan and Jeremy, made our stay memorable. They were attentive and quick to respond to any questions, need or concerns. We highly recommend Only Villa to everyone and look forward to another visit in the near future.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Apple suite and had a fantastic time as we explored the area. The suite was rather large for what I expected and allowed us to feel like we were in the midst of nature surrounded by trees and vegetation and cut off from the disturbances of city life. The suites had good air flow and we often found that we didn’t need anything to cool us other than the Jamaican wind. Our experience here would be nowhere near as memorable without Dale’s hospitality. Dale went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was available, and happy to share ideas on activities or the local history. Overall, she was always happy to help and accommodated our needs well, while entertaining us with the local perspective. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Ms. Dale’s place not only met my expectations but it exceeded them. It was exactly where I needed to be to break me in for my first visit to Jamaica! The grounds were amazing! Loads of fruit trees. Ms. Dale taught me about the rich culture of St. Elizabeth, we took walks, and I even met som of the locals. I stood on mountains and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water and enjoyed the cool breeze that came through often. If I needed anything at all Ms. Dale was right there to assist me; most of the time she was there before I could ask for any assistance. She gave big sister vibes. Thank you Ms. Dale and I look forward to my return. If you’re visiting Jamaica Ms. Dales place is a definite must stay!!!

From the newlywed Mr and Mrs. Burton Spending my honeymoon at a cottage wasn’t what I initially envisioned, but everything changed the moment I arrived at the stunning Windmill Cottage in Malvern. From the first step inside, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery that unfolded before me. The cottage was rustic, unique, and most importantly extremely comfortable. The setting was absolutely enchanting, and to make the experience even better, we were fortunate enough to stay in the largest cottage. It featured three beds two on the lower level and one on the upper level and provided access to a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. Windmill Cottage truly felt like a home away from home for both my husband and me. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming something that’s becoming a rare find these days. Their hospitality made our stay all the more memorable.
