The place was really great. The value for money was great. The host was always easily accessible and helped us with all our concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it is close to Mactan Newton. The place has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also an entertainment program. I would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. The best place for staycation when youre in Cebu. The villa is also very convenient and is nearby 7/11 and market. We super enjoyed staying and looking forward to visit here again soon. The host was very attentive as well. Tysm! We really loved the place

We traveled from Southern Leyte to Cebu to celebrate my Master’s Degree graduation, and finding this place on Airbnb made everything even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

The place was perfect for our family. Had lots of activities to do. The caretaker was also very hands on with what we needed. Highly recommended

we were not personally welcomed by the host due to our late arrival to the place, understandable because it's sinulog day. but with the clear instructions from the host, we were able to get in to the unit without difficulty. When we are at the place, it was the kitchen and the cozy bed and a couch got my attention that much. it was more than i expected. The place was not that spacious, but we were able to sleep well with my wife, my parents and my 2 nephews aged 4 and 9. we were able to cook our foods for every breakfasts and occasionally during dinner time without difficulty. the kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, and an induction cooker, complete with kitchen utensils. we were able to watch our favorite movies in Netflix with the 50 inches curved tv while we ate our foods. the place also have it's own wifi internet of upto 120mbps DL and 15mbps UL. the air-conditioning was great, we were able to sleep well with the cold breeze of air it produces.

We had a lovely stay at Shaira and Gian's Airbnb! They were incredibly nice and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze with the clear instructions provided. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the Ayala Mall in IT Park, Sugbo Mercado, and plenty of great restaurants. We did have a little trouble figuring out the microwave, soo... it took a while to heat some refrigerated food. 😅 Also, the elevators in the building are quite slow and hot. However, these didn’t take away from the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. The unit had everything we needed, easpecially the ultra fast internet! We felt safe and relaxed throughout. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again whenever we visit Cebu.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

I had a great stay! The complimentary mineral water was a lifesaver. The internet connection was decent, which is great for remote work. The balcony view was incredible, especially ar dusk and night while enjoying the city lights. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

Best place for the best price

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was beautiful and had all the essentials. Adeline was a legend— responsive and made check-in and out a breeze. Spot on location. Highly recommended, and would 100% stay here again :)

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Nina’s place was so good to stay at. We were able to rest well after our tours because you won’t hear loud cars from the street. It was also clean and tidy when we arrived. My only concern was there’s not much outlets to charge your gadgets especially if you’re a group of 5 people. The window glasses and bathroom could be cleaned a little bit more. But Nina is responsiveness so responsive that I don’t mind giving it 5 stars ☺️

Great host great condo perfect for those flying in late or leaving early as it's close to the airport and self checkin.

The place was amazing—super nice, clean, and cozy. My partner and I especially loved the kitchenware; we had so much fun using them! Everything looked so aesthetic and was spotless. There were helpful instructions everywhere, which made it easy to use the appliances and other stuff. The host was also really great and very accommodating. We’d definitely book this place again—highly recommended!

Great central place to stay!

The lock on the door was a bit difficult to understand at first ,so proceed according to the instructions provided by the host. The room was comfortable,had a nice little balcony and the shower was one of the best that I had in the Philippines.
